I remember someone saying years ago that in Korea they're not so strict on bots as they keep the market stable. I never really complained about bots.

Just a small tip and detail, for you guys at EU that got 3.0 recently. There is only one way to effectively farm DP and it is through the shimmering twisters on the Petrification quarter (The summons from the Balaur cleric mobs got their DP gain changed from 400 to 100). All these bots are on the spawn spots of the shimmering twisters to take advantage and use DP at every possible time. We're talking about 1,200 DP for every shimmering twister.

NCsoft won't ban bots or hackers, just people who say stupid things on LFG.

Gameforge might overreact on these situations, but NCwest does NOTHING about anything, except ban people who mention "flying tutty" in a non-offensive way. There's hackers everywhere, and that's the sort of environment you will get.

By the way, I'm also told that there are even MORE bots outside Rancora that people use to finish their daily in record time.

All of this seems senseless. Seriously. The problem I saw recently was with the people splitting and fighting over Sunayaka, and only one person getting banned. Granted, both leads from each of the "sides" should've been taken a vacation, but have you guys seen what I posted? The dude with infinite HP, running around and NC not doing anything about it? If this had happened on Gameforge, every single one of you would've gone NUTS.

I play NA and EU version.
EU version website looks very unprofesional.
They have a major jerk named Seven as forum MOD they refuse to take actions against her.(this is one of our biggest problems with GameForge)
The store sucks, it's P2W, how skins pets and mounts look is not visible at the store just like on NC
GF so called Goldpack is just a Nyerked op version of the NA version of the Vulue pack. GF only added the chat and trade(including broker) restriction lifted with it. Cuz they claim it's needed to take away important game mechanics.
GameForge refuses to give EU the full game like Fasttrack server.
GameForge messed up English, it always was NORMAL USA ENGLISH till 3.1, on 3.1 they messed it up bigtime by mixing it with Uk English. There Germans they can't never ever create UK English, No none native British person can.
Most of the European Union is used to USA English not this Nyerk English GF calls English.
GameForge refuses to install a proper professional website

Wait as far as I understand the reply they do not take any action against these players because NCsoft caused the bug themselves, what's wrong with that reply? Would you punish your child for eating cookies that you left yourself on the table with a label "eat me" ?

Oh really? Did anyone ever get banned for killing someone elses boss? For gliding fear? For jumpshotting? For weaving? Is there anyone in the staff who has absolutely no clue about the game and it's mechanics? Because in GF there's maybe 1-3 people who actually know the game.

You're not playing in aion EU, you're not up to date with what's happening here it seems, and you're not even aware of what was the issue with an example you brought up yourself. The problem was that a member of the staff has a GM on same server as his private char. He uses the GM to take revenge on players, for example banning one player for gliding his fears, banning a player for trying to outdps his boss or banning a player for saying the word "flying tutty" on LFG. So to you a GM abusing his powers is something senseless and a single cheat is more important than a GM roaming around raging on players banning them for nothing?

Want to hear something funny about cheats in aion eu? They can all get another chance if they feed the staff with enough bullnyerk, and it's true because I know two people who have been unbanned after cheating. First person I reported myself, without a proof but one of the GMs who's also a moderator on forum checked him out and said he uses both running speed and atk speed hack - two weeks later unbanned under different name cheating again.
Player on anuhart who cheated for 5-6 months after several reports with good proof got banned also, I logged in few weeks ago to check on friends ingame and i hear that he's unbanned and cheating yet again.

Do you really think cheats are getting banned in EU normally? Half of perento is cheating, I heard from a friend in a joke that on perento if you don't use cheats nowadays people look strangely at you. The only difference here is that you got some new cheat/bug while EU nyerks still use good old aionscript.

PS: Please don't tell us how ban NCsoft is, we've been there, we've seen it all, if we want NCsoft back after initially complaining about it don't you think that gameforge must be... nyerk?

Good post. The spam is definitely the same or even worse than US servers, as GF don't even know about the spam filters the client provides. Being with them feels like being under a Nazi dictatorship, you can't even say a word in forums/in-game they don't like even if it's not offensive at all, they make their own rules and laws even above basic European commerce laws that we should be protected with.

Shady and illegal business at its worst, their headquarters should be raided by police and their business operations terminated.

you guys should just come and play on the german servers (at least balder is okay), we have as good as no hackers (the one that call out hackers nd stuff are 99% noobs since there is no such thing as a dmg hack or a cd reset hack) + the german forums are okay, we have no seven and stuff (althought you should write in german most of the time but still)

There aren't that many cheaters. There is always a limit to cheats in Aion which is very good.
I saw many online games which had cheats like godmode or one shot one kill etc.

Here the only thing that may piss of are radar users glide hack users and people who insta dc themselves coz scared to lose a bit of ap in pvp

But in the end who cares about stuff like that, its just a game, make a video next time, get a few friends who do the same, and im pretty sure gf will bann that person, 1. ban might only be a few days, if you catch him again, cyaaa, final ban inc.

but what we should do as a community is organize some schooling lessons about the game for their support staff and the game-masters. Nobody is perfect when you start fresh into the game, but that the company is not asking the old "pro"gamers to show them what they can do and what is not possible, that is sad and stupid of them.

you want to change something? then offer them help, show them solutions, and do not just complain and tell them to change something. Maybe there are things you can change yourself, and if they wont chante their employees, try to make the employees better and help them to understand the game.

Are you kidding have you seen all the posts on the forums trying to tell gameforge how they could make things 100% better? they lock the topic and close them like nothing was ever said.

if they even gone a little way to keeping the so many players that come to gameforge when it went f2p i sure gf would be doing 100% better then it is not.

But they did nothing they could see themselves they was losing players due to the GP and there was not a way for new players to get to vet status this should have been put on the top of there list they did nothing just allowed player after players leave due to them wanting to keep there sub going with the GP, hell they could have even opened brokers for new players to give them a way to buy the gp in the brokers they did not even do that.
