Sometimes customer service makes mistakes - I'd just contact customer support about it back. A lot of times they'll unban the account. I'm also happy to point this out to our CM.

there was a a"couple" like this in my gw2 server.


the "guy" would sit there all day and night spamming extra TP sales and bragging about how much gold he had/was making while talking about how his "fiance" was making this or that money too.

then if you told a bad joke in map chat he'd say that was very offensive to his gf, so we'd make fun of how he had no gf and it was just his box he was rping was his gf.


then "she" started spamming extra tp sales and how much money she was making instead of him later on in the life of hte game. and "he'd" start tellin gher in map chat how awesome and good at making money she was.


he also liked to tell people to ignore other people for trolling alot. answer someone's question? "hey guys just ignore so and so he's a troll" wut?

Basically what I have gathered:

This "couple" are troll baiters, who get people banned by provoking them. It's almost impossible to block them as they have multiple characters and accounts.

Their modus operandi starts with:

> Getting into other conversations.
> PMing others into insulting them.
> Inflammatory comments on LFG.

And after that, a screenshot takes place... of course taking off most of their own conversations, and it is send then to Support.

Afterwards, they will start gloating how the "troll" got banned.

So, are the GMs aware of them doing this? Are the GMs victims of these trolls... or are they also part of the whole deal? Negligence or accomplices?

Hi, this is Sunnymuffinz (Sunny, as mentioned in the original screenshot.) First of all, holy crap Klingon you still post here? I think I got into an argument with you back in 1.0 about something dumb.

2) I had my 3 day ban because of this same crap. I've been posting heavily on the aiononline forums as well as PM'ing Nyx who had assured me all evidence of these two was being taken into consideration by Spam, head GM. She also let me know she was aware of the issue, and through that, aware these two are indeed baiting. An entire community can't be wrong and clearly OUR community is being disrutped by those two, which as mentioned, is an infraction of the ToS.

If these two don't get what's coming to them, and they should, there is going to be a seriously upset number of people. They have clearly broken the rules. Not just by manipulating the ToS but also in general. Cursing in LFG, calling people names and outright bashing them. It's blatant, obvious and yet nothing has been done. It's a customer service, or rather lack of, that is sickening.
