Today in a ticket i have been threatened by BV to lose my account for asking for my ticket to be dealt with in the correct way. BV herself has brought posts from next forums into the topic to try and cover up dealing with the Mods in the correct way.

I think she gone to far to protect her Mods and way beyond how any Community Manager should be dealing with a Complain.

A ticket that was put in about 2 of her mods has now turned into a personal attack on me when there was no need for it.

Using other forums posts to attack me when them forums have nothing to do with her.

I like it how they warn you for talking openly on forums about ban reasons, but they speak about it themselves.

Anyway, thanks for nice lecture. BV just proved that her mind is of an immature child and that's exactly the way she's speaking to other people.

Funny part is, people jizzed their pants when she was sweettalking and filling their assholes with waseline since the begining - thou another proof that people are just a bunch of suckers who believe in everything they're told.

It just amaze me how they survive in this world....

its not only that the insults she herself put to me is beyond a joke how can i be held accountable for making other players aggressive just from reading my posts. Does she not know people have there own mind to say how they feel?

and the funnies part of all the posts she linked herself from the NA forums i did not even start the topic i did make some reply's to the said topic. but there was far more said about GF from other players then i said myself.

They just don't like anything being said about GF at all, they don't see beyond that and really how many players are unhappy, which to me is the saddest part any company does not like to see bad things said about them most of the time without really doing something to correct that, sad thing is GF don't want to correct it they just want to hide it.

seems funny also she trying to get me to confirm my char on NA lolol, does she think i am that silly to tell her really just come on, maybe it time the players started hiding things from GF.

I remember when Seven warned me via PM that any further conversations about my bans or PM conversations with other mods will result in another ban for me. Then he went ahead and started talking about all my bans, their reason and about how he warned me in a PM on my complain thread

This is a tricky topic which is in some ways related to the message to BV thread.
While there has been far too many forum bans, Gameforge are trying to keep the official forums looking good which is difficult if they won't listen or accept fair criticism of where they should improve.
It may have got to a point where Volker is under pressure to produce results so anything that they consider negative might effect their income, however mods need to be respected by English EU players.
BV has put somewhat blind faith into Seven who has himself tried too hard to support GF even when they are themselves sometimes to blame for the delays and lack of focus that is expected.
In all fairness I don't see any benefit in trying to riducule Gameforge by posting internal support communications especially when then op is not currently banned from official forums, it would be different if it was a perma ban. It's not uncommon for rules to be in place to protect company confidentiality so you could say they are not that strict, can you imagine Steven applying them at will if they did exist!

BV is not a bad person, she has to live with the staff and mods around her and is sadly sometimes mis-guided. You can't always put an experienced head on young shoulders while GF are still struggling to get to grips with Aion.

Not only has BV taken the time to read the tickets she has also gone out of. Her way to follow me around to other forums and take posts from other forum lie say they are partners with said forums and go on to say in her said post that I am lucky to have not been fully banned due to posts I post on other forums.

It is beyond words how a CM of GF can take her duty to LIE about being part of other forum to protect her self on the forums when it is fact that have called a player a lair on open forums and then also her her to take it so far she is holding me accountable for other players post.

I understand that you are under her bed hiding wanting to be part of GF but he'll if you cannot see what is written in front of you for the facts that's it it and how she has lowered herself to lie herself to cover up the real facts of the said mods it is beyond words you can even reply the way you have.

She has her job to do she is in fact the head of all the forum Mods to lower herself to what she did in that ticket is way beyond a joke for any CM of any company to be acting.

I had done nothing wrong said nothing wrong in my post yet was called a lair but her Mods I was not asking for much a sorry on open forums to show the players that had read the topic to show them I had not lied.

This is not about her trying to make the forum look good because they are doing so badly this is about a CM going way pass the line of any CM.

It should not matter if I am banned or not for her to do her job in the correct way that is what she is paid for not to go way beyond that to protect her mods when they was in the wrong clearly lie herself to cover up the fact add more to a ticket to try and do that and in her our words use a next forum to do that as I did not break any rules on the GF forums, so all she could use was other posts from other forums then lie and say to make it right there are partner. And then not even be 100% it was me even posting the replies on the other forum.

This is not doing her job correctly in any means this is in fact showing her for her true colours and sorry to break your bubble with you be loved BV she not there for the player base she is there to do the job she is getting paid for and if that means she hurts the player base then she will do that.

If GF could not handle Aion which there have shown they can't they should have never taken the game on in the 1st place, this does not mean now they had and saw hey we can't handle this they can't show respect to the player base as hell they have shown the player base so far no respect just lies after lies after lies and they can't cover that up.

Open your eyes to the true maybe you will get somewhere better then under BV bed.

To be frank. If a company on the market want to be respected, want customers to respect them, then they first need to respect their customers. It doesn't work the other way around.
Game market is huge, and even if there is a crisis in economy, game market will survive, or rather it won't be affected much. Problem is every month new games come out. You can pick up anything that is up to your own taste and it really isn't that hard, especially if these games have F2P model - I mean the real F2P, no GP etc shizz.

So there is a lot of competition and fight over every customer. I understand that higher ups demand proper income, tasks to be done, and numbers to be as high as possible, but I'm sure that treating customers as the Aion staff at the moment does, won't bring much profits - especially if you want old playerbase to stay and still be customers that's it.

Sirmi you are absolutely right, BV has always listened to veterans but as you know german and mny western companies have a system where they are expected to do as they are told.
BV talks to us more than SiS so better the devil you know imo.
There are things that she does because she is told to and there are other things that she finds just as frustrating as us. There have been superior orders to combat the so called agressive negative elements in the community, personally I don't think Mr White or yourself qualifies under that category and there is not much gained by banning or forcing posters who only believe thay are telling the truth on to other forums.
Companies should always do all that is necessary put their own shop right before complaining about their community. After all it's only their players that pay the bills.

and the fact she had to find something on me from a next forum that has nothing to do with GF or the reason why the ticket was put in the 1st place just goes to show she needed something on me.

it is sad however BV herself lied to justify this by saying that Ncsoft West and gameforge was partners.

but hell you just stay under BV bed and hope one day she take you from under there and say hey sweety you stood up for me long enough my bosses are thinking of giving you a job.

Just contact Nyx-Felicia about it, that GameForge is spreading lies. Request her to take action against it, like emailing, sending a letter to GF and NCKorea.
