Hi all,

Wondering if people know about this issue or not.
Today I was allocating my veteran rewards to my sorcerer, but my internet was very slow.
I ended up clicking a lot of times on 'Allocate', when suddenly the website stopped loading and got issues.

After I closed the website and tried to revisit it, I couldn't load the website anymore. It says it's unavailable etc. I thought: well maybe I should clean my cookies and cache, to make it work again, but no.

After I decided to just go on playing my char, and checked it out throughout the day, but still the site wasn't available for me. This evening I decided to restart my pc, because I thought this might fix it, but nope.

After I tried to login to the game again, and now it says I'm banned for using illegal software .......

Is this a problem due allocating the items and clicking too much? Because I can still login with my alt account? Never seen people with this kind of strange bans before.

I allready sent a ticket, but who knows how long it will take for them to actually reply..

had same problem, in ticket they told me kindly to gtfo.

Omg.. so you're still banned?

Pff. Well the website still isn't working for me, and I sent a ticket.
How in the world can we get banned for allocating the items?!
Like it's our fault the system isn't working properly and getting us banned..

And the thing is strange because like I said; I can login to the game with my alt accounts, so it cant be an IP ban, because I don't have dynamic IP's. I think the website is automatically flagging accounts if you press the allocate button too much..

I will keep you updated with this issue. A friend of mine sent Amrit a PM about it, since I can't login anymore. (hope to speed things up a bit), but I doubt I will get a different answer. :/

Strange is: I can still visit the forum and see all topics and such, just the homepage isnt working..

Well, I had exactly same problem as you do have now.

I asked support, they said nothing is wrong bla bla bla, everything is okay etc.
Yea, I'm still blocked from forums for multiaccounting while having 1 account.

It's rather that main site doesn't resond to you like you're trying to flood them or DDoS them.
I had information about Connection Timed Out. Could ping site, but couldn't access it on the same IP as mine.

It's not flagging your account, but your IP - and when it'll unflag, dunno - matter of time.

Yea, if you have link to board, you can access, but you can't access main site.

Well, they have problem with cookies for almost a year now - don't expect such minor issues to be fixed anytime soon
