In the end he was kicked from legion, cause i don't tolerate behaviour like that. Just wanted to warn people for him so nobody makes the same mistake again with this punk.
Screenshots can be found here :
Yesterday he even tried to sell it from his alts on lfg, luckily most people knew already about it, so i hope he doesn't get any money from anyone.

Easily. These situations happened before, NCsoft would rollback the trade and ban the scammer for 3 days as a warning if it's the first time.
No idea how GF handles these things, but they don't seem to handle anything properly in this game.

In my opinion, don't trade weapons to other players cause you never know you can trust them. Then rather save up for a godstone you can buy and put on a weapon yourself.

For the situation above I would recommend to trade the value of the weapon with the weapon itself. After the person gives the weapon with the godstone back, the value of the weapon+godstone is giving to the other player at the same time. This way even if the person runs off with the weapon you will have the value of the weapon in form of Kinah left."
I think it's a great idea to prevent scamming, but it makes the trading all that more complicated to those simpleminded folk on Spatalos (and you know there's plenty of those around), and you'd have to agree on the value of the weapon, and for as far as I'm aware, there aren't that many people crafting balaur weapons. So it'd be difficult to agree on "collateral" prices.
A sidenote on last night's /3 discussion; I especially liked how Archimedez tried to defend himself by saying the scamming couldn't ever reflect on his personality, because everything in Aion is fiction. And people shouldn't worry so much about him scamming people because of that fact. So his logic would mean that the real time actual individuals put into the game, are also fictional. Seems legit. :/

No Gf is not like NCsoft, they dont care in scams like that, they say it's your own fault, that happend to xerxxes like 5+ people reported and still nothing.
But on Ncsoft times that happend to me, they returned the item and the guy got warning or punished dont remeber.
