It's uploaded but i dunno when. Youtube compression has ruined it's widescreen as it's in PAL not NTSC.

Pencil and paper is fine :) Its the best way to learn how to control your pressure and focus your lines.
I use photshop with a wacom intuos 3. 40% flow and 60%-80% opac Works for me.
Riot, that dude is looking good! I like the rock texture. Some things you might want to do is work a bit more on the depth of your carve, add variation to the shape and size of the crevices, right now it looks all the same size and depth (which is probably due to you using a similar size brush. I know, I got reprimanded ALOT when I was working because of that. If you vary your depth shapes alot more, it will add a greater dimension to the sculpt. So play around with the pinch tool and the standard brush with a small alpha. (I assume you are using Zbrush)
I would love to see some 3D aion art! I'm too scared to make some!

Here is another model I finnished right before the other one, also an atempt at texturing which isn't my strong point and I prefer modeling over it aswell.
I hope the forum will completely load the pictures, I noticed now I have some issues with the forum not loading the previous picture fully before just stopping.

Looking forward to see more of other peoples stuff, some good stuff in here =)

What's it like exporting to XSI? Might be useful for making the organics in my environments.

Pretty good mule bird you got there. It would be nice to see some more colour variation on the birds skin. Like lighter underbelly, darker back, a bit of colour on the head for flamboyancy. :) Keep texturing! Its hard (I know its my weakest point too) but if you nail it you will be rewarded :)

It's a stand alone program that makes UV unwrapping easy. It's pretty swish.

There is no fun in UVW mapping everyone knows that. You must be experiencing some other pleasure while doing it and not noticing. Possibly ninja rape.

Good overall proportions, really like the hair. The eyes may be a bit too wide though, or perhaps too far apart, but maybe that's just me. Nice start on the wings too.
Going to start on a Aion model today aswell, probably making a Elyos Male Templar, going to be hard making all the bulky armor but a fun challange !
