Awesome translation of the patch notes, and some good patch notes they are indeed!

Really looking forward to 1.2, though I must say im not too fond of the "send items between your characters", because it means that any person who has an advanced character can quickly gear up an alt, which I think is a bit of a shame, but we will see how it goes! Im still 100% enthusiastic

It is impressive and I wish the 1.1 or even 1.2 was patched on Aion CN instead of the minimal patch 1.0. However, NCSoft West is doing the translation and localization for EU/NA release where we saw this weekends 1.02.10.

The 1.1 content patch (Korean release approx Feb 2009) was developed and released by NCSoft Korea as well as the 1.2 content patch. So, NCSoft Korea is doing a lot of work releasing content, NCSoft West is just slow in working on the localization. Many of us are assuming it is slow simply because they are redoing all the voices for both in-game SFX sounds and cutscene sounds.

Hopefully we will see a newer version in the upcoming CB ala preview/stress test whatever anyone wants to call them.

As the rewards of new quest Devanion Quest added in 1.1, these items are a new line of items similar to the series of Abyss and Draconic Items.

These Items are untradable, unsellable, cannot be stored in legion warehouse, and finally cannot have their skin changed.

Doing a quest or two will get you these Blue items. But heres the thing.

THE QUEST IS NOT REPEATABLE.

Therefore, you need to grow 5 characters to level 30 to get a full set, which will enable you to get the weapon quest.

Might seem (omg) at first, but heres the thing:
- A new fatigue system that lets you gain +20-30% exp if you are on a ?Rested? condition effect
- Items are account storage-storable (THIS = PWNED)
- Can exchange Devanion items to different Devanion items (def gear to def, weaps to weaps).

So its not THAT hard, but still hard to get 5 characters to level 30. But it will be rewarding, as having 5 will solve the equipment problem nice and easy for your characters remaining lvl 30.

Here's a question to you:

IF These Devanion items are "Bind on pickup" type like all the other quest gear.
How the hell do you get the whole set with leveling up 5 different characters? You can't trade, mail or store these items in account warehouse.

I think u need to sort out some facts concerning these quests and items.

And who would level up 5x lv30 characters to get a lv30 set anyway...:pow:

Apparently if you have the whole set, the bonuses make them almost as good as rare level 50 armor.
