This calls for teh ZERG...
Zerg won't work, at least not from what I've seen, I'm going to assume you need to maintain control of the Fort, which would imply you have to have groups killing the bottom floor guys, or at least keeping them from the Guardian, and while I could MAYBE see a Zerg able to pull this stage off, they would never be able to get close enough to the cannons, nor really be able to coordinate enough damage to get rid of them, especially with the damage ratio, and how little healing they'd be able to put down compared to a well organized 12-24 man all coordinating on vent.
Even if I'm wrong and you can ignore the Fort and just gun it for the Carrier, it will still blast a good 1/4th-3/4th of your zerg out of the sky before it even gets close, due to level disparity and gear disparity, and good luck trying to take down everything with a few guys of iffy quality/gear/a Templar who never bought taunt and is level 10 greens cuz they look cooler.
I think this will really be one of those encounters that will require both extreme coordination between several of the more powerful legions on the server to pull off, and a ton of off the cuff luck, at least I hope so, it will make downing these things a huge accomplishment for a guild to put on their wall, up their with taking out a Titan ( unkillable ) in Eve, beating Naxx at 60, taking some of the specific stuff in L2, and holding it for long periods of time.
Of course I could be totally 100% wrong, but judging by what I've seen in this thread as to how hard these things hit, and just looking around a bit on other fansites as to how powerful they are, I just can't see a zerg of any real size taking one down, it would be like trying to throw 24 people at an endgame raid boss, half of which don't know what most of theirabilities do, and could care less what the other players in the group do, and due to this being PvPbased, they even lack the benefit of good armors that may have gotten them into a PvE encounter.
