So I got to general today, and I thought I'd share some info about abyss abilities, since i haven't seen much reliable info.

Apparently you get abyss transformation at 5-star, but you only get one ability with that transformation. You get a new ability every rank higher from 5-star up. Also your abilities level up too. You can only use abyss abilities in your transformed state.


To transform you need to buy these. They are 500 abyss points each. At 5-star you need 6 which will cost you 3000 abyss points. Each rank higher than 5-star you need 1 more extra to transform. Therefore I need 7 since I am general rank which will cost 3500 abyss points.

Well here are the 2 abyss skills I have and the transformation skill so you guys can see what exactly it does.




When you get to CnC you get a total of 4 skills + the transformation skill. Honestly, the transformation is strong, but you still will drop super fast if you don't have clerics healing you constantly. You probably at most could take on a group by yourself. All in all it's not that worth it lol. But anways, I am trying to get to CnC and I am still doing some testings. I will keep you guys updated with new info.

Wonder if the transformation is worth it, seems like a long cast time and an impossibly long cool down for a 10 minute god-mode.

Hmm, in the Korean videos, it looked like a single Cleric was able to go and wipe out entire legions of Elyos. Is that Cleric specific because they can heal themselves for a ridiculous amount?

Yes, the cleric has a DP move that recovers 50% of your HP. And you gain DP pretty fast killing people. The rest of the time he just runs away and heals himself. I'm a sin so I don't have that luxury.

can the transformation only be used in the abyss?

other than that it can be really useful in fort sieges, can turn the tide of battle :x

So Cleric basically is able to do unstoppable 10 minute rampages?

Gratz damet, you are ranking up quick. Who are the noobs that get farmed by you LoL.

I would guess you farm AP really fast while transformed. Do you get more AP points being a very high ranked player using the transformation or being a low ranked player? (assuming everyone you kill would be ranked higher than you)

Got to Commander today. 1 new skill, upgrade of all the other skills. 4500 abyss points a transformation :(

That is 1.0 isnt it? I believe they nerfed it a little later on, because that is ... well you can't be beaten even by a group of 10 good players.

What class are you if I may ask? :p
