The next Aion closed beta event is coming your way on July 2-6, 2009. Enjoy a long weekend of fun in Atreia as testing concentrates on first 20 levels of the Elyos and Asmodians (yep, that's right, Elyos AND Asmodians). Choose your side and tell us all about your escapades in Elysea and Asmodae in this exciting event.

We thank all of our players in our first two closed beta events. Your feedback has been invaluable!
For this event, participants must have a full-access beta key or have received an invitation for the third closed beta event specifically. (Single event keys for the first two beta events are no longer valid.)

There's more than one way to join in the fun:

• FilePlanet is giving away keys to the third closed beta event on Monday, June 29. These keys are limited to North America only; please visit FilePlanet for more details.

• Players who have pre-ordered Aion have access to all beta events. You can pre-order online at NCsoft.com or through participating retailers, including GameStop, Amazon, Best Buy, and EB Games Canada.

• Keep an eye on the Aion team Twitters (@aion_ayase, @aion_amboss, @aion_liv, and @aion_xaen) and Aion Facebook page for your chance to score an invite.

Updated notes for the latest game changes and additions are coming soon.

The third closed beta event starts on July 2 (12:00 PM PT, 9:00 PM CEST, 8:00 PM BST) and we look forward to seeing you there!

We'll post up a link to the FilePlanet Beta Key Giveaway as soon as we have it, so look for that on Monday!

I was wondering; When you pre-order Aion from NCsoft site, do they email you the beta key once the event starts or before it? Cuz I haven't gotten it yet.

I'm so excited! I can't wait for the next beta, I wanna level past 10 so I can experience more classes as the sub class starts affecting your playstyle more! The noob zones were fantastic, so I can't wait to actually get out in the world a bit. When will we be able to test out the Abyss or will we at all in beta? Either way, I can't wait for September 20th, I can finally quit wow!:flames:

I just pre-ordered the CE from gamestop, i didnt get a beta key. But they asked for my email. Hopefully i'll get one that way.

does any1 knows if beta keys from 1st+2nd beta will be still working? Im talking about the beta keys that we receive from mail ad saying: Congratulations! You are invited to the Aion closed beta. A closed beta is an event open only to a very limited number of participants. NCsoft would like you to be one of the first to experience the incredible world of Aion.

The first Aion beta event, which begins after E3 2009, opens June 5, 2009 and runs through June 7, 2009. In this first event, beta testers will play Aion as the Elyos, who occupy the bottom half of Atreia, known as Elysea.

Participating in this initial event means you will automatically be invited to all following Beta Events, so be sure to join the action and discover the adventures that await you!


does this still works or do we have to preorder to pay in cb3?

I dont know why people wont go out and pre-order. Its only 5 bucks and you can get that 5$ back if you want to cancel your pre-order. You dont even have to leave your house you can pre-order online..... I just dont understand.
