Accuracy, definitely. M-attack and p-attack probably just increase the damage, I think.

From my understanding of the stats and skills, I agree with your statement.

They can. I had several 'miss' in CB3. Whether that's a true miss or a resist is up for debate.
I'm going to have to go with m.atk, which is basically another way of saying you're at the mercy of what you get.
Pattern Explosion for Assassins is a magic attack, but you won't see people stacking magic boost in order to beef up its effectiveness. The same goes with traps.

i had a few fails but it mostly works.. alltho i havent made up my mind yet if they are worth using.. according to Feii they arent realy any good.. too expencive for a bad effect.. alltho there was 1 or 2 in pvp blind trap or something.. i doubt ill be using traps alot.. i keep some seeds with me atm but when it gets more expencive ill prolly stop.. noted im a click to move player ..
To think befor you speak is like wiping you arse befor you take a dump.

I always keep seeds on me for traps just in case (help with soloing elites, also they are helpful for CC). In PvP they might also help for getting out of tough situations or if you find yourself in a 1v1 situation for some reason it can help you with staying at a distance.

meh as i understand it from Feii we get a root arrow allso.. so we got 1 slow and 1 root and tbh you shouldnt realy need more then that.. but blind trap or whatever silences casters so that is somewhat usefull but idk about the time it takes to put down a trap.. only use i see for it is if you where to lay a trap before attacking someone and kite them over the trap..
i dont think you would get much distance from a trap cuz you have to spend time laying it down and the distance you had is prolly gone and you might be in range for a snear effect..
but this is just based on posts iv read and vids iv seen.. i guess i wont know until i hit the lvls myselfe for sure

ohk, not to mention the silence/sleep arrow stigmas and other ones. all that should be enough then but i will keep some on me just incase anyway. Also traps don't really take that long (i did them while moving, not sure if that's a bug that will change with retail release though). But yeah in mass PvP traps won't play a big role i don't think.

No no...
The only way to make your Slow Arrow landing everytime is to have the a better or equal level of skill than your target.
For exemple Slow Arrow III learned at Lv37 will always land on target Lv37 or less but not on a target 40+
