it does look like they have some metalic things on they back that does look like wings though.

I like the first scrrens.. the guy doesnt look too much "asian" wich is good for variety

Hmm I'm honestly at a loss for words... If they are Elyos, cool, if they are Asmodian I'm disapointed. What's with the elf? I don't have anything against them but I didn't expect to see them in Aion...

The metal parts are sitting on top of the wings. Look careful, they made the wings see through just to show that they are there. The metal is only highlighting the wings.
Which makes me think that this is not asmodian, as i am not sure if they would have wings as well.

Oh, and if you CAN choose the length of your ears... i am SO being an elf! Hell ya!

the last i remmember the only thing told about eylos wings is that they "dont grow wings" wich doesnt mean they dont have them..

i dont know if those pics are eylos , asmodians or just NPCs but the wings i can see doesnt look organic at all to me, including feathers. Could be mechanical ones ( wich organic feathers) or just a high lvl upgrade of eylos wings.. guess we wont know before we have official infos about them.

Exactly right. The wings dont always have to be showing.

Those 2 pic's soooo remind me of Final Fantasy. The elf looks like seymour from FFX. Since it's Aion, and the graphics could come close to these pictures, I just may have an orgasm o.O

pointy ears are stupid in a game which according to the lore states that daeva are basically humans with special powers right? It all very well and good saying that character customisation is there but why stop there. Lets construct another set of arms on our bodies and create some Goro legions.

Please make them like some different race or something. Can't say i'm hugely pleased about the pointy ears thing but meh, it's not overly important.

Maybe there is a scientific reason as to why they -can- have pointy ears o.O. I -love- pointy ears, but not too pointy. Was an elvaan in FFXI.

I don't see whats wrong with having pointy ears, they are just cartilage, and even humans can have pointy ears if they are deformed enough. :o

EDIT: Woopse, only saw the first two pictures....

As was stated in an interview with an english Aion person, he said there were a total of 8 different races. What I get from him saying that, is every seperate class is basically a different race, as you start as a regular daeva you "evolve" into a race type that fits your class.... Essentially that means Elyos and Asmodians are just factions. ;)

I think they're just demonstrating the flexibility in character creation. It's my belief that NCSoft will show the Asmodians when they're ready, only when they're ready, and it will be with as much publicity and fanfaire as possible.

Yeah, I'm not really a fan a pointy ears. It seems to cliche and mainstream. Just so long as their not elfs and it really is just a picture showing off the character customization.

I love pointy ears, and i have to say, that if the ears can actually be made like the last 2 pictures there, then those are the best pointy ears i have ever seen in a MMO.
