Middlesbrough local delicacy only found in areas of the north east of england is.

The Parmo - Basically Large deep fried chicken breast, covered in Bechimel Cheese sauce then covered in melted Cheddar Cheese. Often served with a mound of Chips/Fries.

League tables voted by Middlesbrough eaters.

Looks horrible yes? Wait until you are stumbling home from a night out and you get one of those. Heaven!

Not sure why the cheese is so shiny on that image. Not usually like that. Well the one that does it up the road from me doesnt anyway.

I hear that Parmo Burgers are available in the town centre here now. Aparently lovely.
