Hey guys
was i have Vista on my laptop and played Aion with no problem i format my laptop yestarday and i installed W7 32bit, i installed Aion then the launcher cant update the patches ( Connection then Retrying Connection ) i leave him 8hrs and still cant connection :( please any1 can help me :cry:

my Aion Version 1.5.0.1

anyway thanks guys, i download manuel patches and my game its works now

but if any1 know why my launcher dont download the patches, btw i changed the region and still cant update

It might have something to do with default firewall settings from 7

I sometimes have problem 5 and sometimes problem 6 and both fixes did not work for me.

umm i tried starting up aion, i got to the log on screen, put in my user name and password, but it freezes for a sec when i try to login in, and then says it cant connect to auth, it closes the aion completly, and brings me to aions website but, says :

CAN NOT CONNECT TO AUTH SERVER < --- on the aion cleint

SITE IS DOWN DUE TO MAINTEHCANCE < --- on the auto launched aion site after client turns off


please help me, i need my fix of aion

it has to be the same one as then one in your addcache but i dont think that works anymore bc people are having trouble doing it on other IPs.

I saw that link in the previous post and felt kind of stupid for asking.
I think all it was, was the patch server needed to actually be updated with the random patch errors that might occur depending on what service provider, type of NIC, client side version and which OS... blahblah. It eventually worked after I waited for a bit.
Thank you for the willingness to help though. Ill know where to go if I cant figure out a tech issue now.

I can't reach "http://aion.patcher.ncsoft.com" in any shape or form.
I recieve no repsons from ping, I can't reach the link through a browser,
I can't download any of the patches posted here. Does anyone have the
same problem or better yet a solution for it ??

No, this seems to be mostly on your part, contact your provider and see what they can do. You might just have the ports blocked.

Hey,got problem with rubberbanding.
I did all you wrote in number 6.in support faq,but the game wont start ( Cannot Connect to Authorization Server) when there is another ip then 206.127.153.247.
The file addcache resets everytime i launch the game to default(ip 206.127.153.247),prolly this is the problem,but cant figure out how dont let the game reset the file to default itself.
