With your application please leave your aionarmory user name, what you think makes you qualified to be an editor, and which of the types of editor you want to be. I'll be going over the applications over the next few days and will respond to the users by PM. Good luck everyone, and thanks again for helping make AionArmory the awesome resource it is today!

Experience: 5+ years as a network administrator, editor and moderator at GTAForums and The GTA Network (world's largest Grand Theft Auto fansite network), which has included a significant amount of content development over the years. In addition, I've already begun contributing screenshots to the Armory.
I'm primarily interested in the Approval Staff position. Work with GTANet will take up a good chunk of time when The Ballad of Gay Tony is released... I just wouldn't be able to keep up with content development on AA.

Been there, done it . . . profile name is Trippet and I've got over 200 screen shots, 25 comments (4 pluses!) and nearly 80 edits pre-launch (really about a 1-month span). Trippet - Aion
My aptitude is geared more toward the data team, as my statistics show. I'm a nerd at heart . . . and irl. I work as a system admin, am fond of Excel spreadsheets, simple SQL queries (inner joins are about my cap) and creating forms for data collection. During Beta I spent as much time alt-tabbed as I did in game due to cropping, organizing and editing screen shots and filling out the forms I created to collect drop information. I thought the Unhider was one of the neatest toys I've had to play with in Quite some time, and I even Used it. 8) I'm an adept proofreader who knows the difference between to, too and two and even aw, awe and ah. =D
Really, it boils down to the fact that I like to be able to find information on the web sites I visit and when I find out people appreciate the information I've provided, well, it makes me feel good. I've contributed to Alla for EQ and WoW, VGTact for Vanguard and I administer my employer's wiki for 400+ employees. I've got incentive, drive and desire. 8) I think it would be really neat to be an 'official' part of this. - it would be right up my alley. 8)

Data Team
Why? I did some guides for CABAL Online long time ago, being one of the most visited sites for CABAL Guides, I like helping people as much as I can with information, and I'd like, as I'm playing since 9am and it's 3.46am... I mean, I'm a hardcore player and I can add really a LOT of information.
I've been playing AION since the korean open beta in November 2008, and checking Aion Kr website even now for more useful information, I can get some maps from there, info, etc...
So, I'd be very happy to be an editor, also, I can translate things to Spanish if needed, some basic things that doens't interfere with the very data, like categories, etc... Aion Armory can be so damn great in a near future and be filled with lots of information.

Currently co-run a small gaming community found at Noobwarfare.com | Gaming rage directly to your eyeballs. and with over 6 years of writing/moderating/administration experience in gaming communities ranging from Mir 2 to Warcraft, i understand the need for such sites for games community and as such, would like to heavily contribute to one. Roles i could easily fill are data submission/checking and guide writing.

Oh nice I would love to help on this. I am a very good on the editing stuff since I currently moderate a forum of 800,000 people with a small staff and would be glad to help with editing/creating. The site is a runescape site, but that I personally think shows that I can sit through tons of annoying spam and also item discussions. I know I seem new to the site and to the Armory, but I have been around and using my friends to post up on stuff. I decided to make my own and try and help out with my name on thos nice little answers.

I have been playing MMOs since the start of of UO. I have been an active member of public and private servers as well as a GameMaster, administrator and editor for many pages back then. I have also played WOW and was an active member of their armory and I loved being able to bring info to the peoples. I personally love to add items and edit them to be as exact as possible, sadly I am not much of guide writer but I do like to help by participating in them. I have played a large number of MMO and have always been an active community member with an interest in help others.
I am applying mainly for the approval staff position. The data team is also an extraordinary position that I would like to fill in time, but I do prefer to make my "bones" on the approval staff and then move up to the data team when there will be a need.
Thank you for your consideration.

Experience:
- IT Support Specialist for a few small businesses. This could help?
- Currently lvl 43 Assassin on Aion. I play frequently and very dedicated to the game :)
- Have played MMO's previously. World of Warcraft, Star Wars Galaxies, Anarchy Online.
- Website owner of Untitled Document, Aion Chat forums.
I would like to apply for the position of Approving Guides, Mob item drops, etc.
I have also been updating mob drops on Aion Armory already as I progress in Aion.
