As we have already announced via the boards, Sunday will be our Community Day at the NCsoft booth (Hall 3, Stand B20), a whole day fully dedicated to you, our players!

One of the many activities will be a costume competition (Sunday, 25.08, 12:00 MESZ). All you need to do is come dressed as a character from either Guild Wars, Aion: The Tower of Eternity, City of Heroes, Lineage 2, Tabula Rasa, or Dungeon Runners, then get up on the catwalk to strut your stuff!

However, this isn’t just for fun - the very best entrants will be inline to win some fantastic prizes, including some serious hardware like the Barracuda AC-1 Gaming Audio Card from gaming specialists Razer, and fantastic memorabilia courtesy of NCsoft. We also might have a special surprise in store, so make sure you come along!

One thing to keep in mind when designing your costume: Don’t bring any real weaponry, nor replicas made from steel – basically anything that can injure somebody! If you do you will not be allowed entry into the convention centre. LARP replicas are fine, however.

So, time to get out your sewing kit, pins and needles, and maybe even your welding torch, and get creative! We look forward to seeing your outfits!

i dont like the sound of 'Aion Online', makes an impression of "yet an other mmo'.

They should stick with Aion, or Aion: The Tower of Eternity as a MAIN title, not as a sub.



So this Community Day means that the 'do quests for xp to acquire rl rews' is only be on 1 day?

^^i did a double take when i say the title as well... the full label is much better (and should be leveraged)...

and i cant wait to see what some of those crazy Europeans come up with... :D

Triple take about the title. Sounds...meh. Aion plain and simple sounds more mature/serious/higher tier. Not that all those things are related >.> but yea, might give people the impression of it being a cheap korean mmo that have flooded the market.
