1) A lot of us came from other servers to avoid the queues or as we were sick of either elitist pvp'ers or rampant arguing in /1 and /2 over whether a certain server was RP or regular etc.
2) We were sick of a sea of names so thick in the major cities you could not see where you were going and so many people you could hardly get to know anyone
From my standpoint the good things on THIS server are the community, which in my humble opinion is a bit more intelligent than your average (ok yea we have our typical kiddies too but not nearly as bad) community and more accepting. More laid back, though some appear hardcore they are polite about it and do not rudely yell at you for asking ?'s or needing help.
We have a mix of PVP'ers, PVE'ers and RP'ers and some like me who do all of it.
While I can't promise no wow talks or no random chit chat in /3 at least those talking are funny!! And in most cases we have a lot of really good people running around, very helpful and friendly.
Everyone is leveling up and Sanctum seems to get busier every night on Elyos side. It is SO nice to be able to visit Sanctum and see where I am going and not be greeted by a wall of people. On Lumiel Sanctum was like NYC!!! (So was the Elyos city)
If you have any other questions ask away and hopefully me or another server person can answer to help you decide.
This server will not end up low pop....of that I am almost certain. I am hoping for medium though as the high population is just too much when you only have one major city (not 2 or 3 like in some other games).
We also have pie......(thought I'd throw that in there) And I roleplay but not sure how many others we have, hopefully enough to make a smallish RP community. But we will not tell you this is the RP server, we will not be snobby and we will be happy to pvp alongside non RP'ers!!!

Oh well, the people are still funny and thats all I can ask. Some very amusing jokes in /1 in Verteron tonight by Noah and some others. Also the /1 in Poeta was GREAT when I was there.
(Noah runs a guild called The Ark...haha, not my guild but great name)
Have fun on Asmodian side, sorry to say I can't vouch for that side as much as I don't play it but we need you so roll up those Asmodians!!!

in my opinion, if your looking for another server and this one comes to mind, go for it! :D
When things look safe, I will be there in the shadows to clip your wings and drive you into the ground.

Its been nice. I have my serious doubts about the community of the game overall since it seems to be populated almost entirely by WoW-****-talking, anime fanboy/girls... but the server has not been terribly annoying. Plenty of internet-toughguys in the low level zones though. Oh well... Its to be expected.
Now if I could find a serious-casual legion Id be set as that is the only thing that will keep me playing past lvl 30.

It's also nice to see what the other race looks like XD Pandemonium is laid out so much nicer than Sanctum, even if Sanctum looks a bit prettier.
Lastly, the highest level I've seen on this server is mid-20s, not mid-40s, and it's always nicer joining a game where you've got a fair chance of being near the top.

Also, this probably isn't the right place to ask, but since I see so many nice people (on the forums, what is this madness!!!) I will just go ahead and ask.
I am thinking of downloading Aion on my laptop, here is the basic info.. I really don't understand much about it so if anyone can tell me whether or not these specs are fine for playing Aion on the laptop would be much appreciated.

Sony Electrics Inc.
VAIO Computer
Genuine Intel® CPU

I really don't think you're going to find Aion playable with those specs. You might be able to get by on the lowest settings, but when it comes to areas with a lot of players or action such as The Abyss... You're gonna be in hell. I'd recommend buying more RAM and installing it if your laptop has space for it.
