There have been many "firsts" over the last few weeks since Aion officially opened it's doors to the Western World. The first fortress captured went to the legion Origine, each server had it's own race to first Daeva, first legion, first legion to tier 3, and so on.
The biggest milestone however was the race to 50. As of today, within just a few moments of each other, the Votan server now has two.
Almisaela, an Elyos Chanter & Drno, an Elyos Ranger were the first and second level 50 characters in Western Aion. Reports are saying that the two teamed together for their entire run to 50, which makes sense as they both hail from the "For the Harmony" legion.
A big congratulations to both!

Seriously? That is an insane accomplishment and I hope that no person lives suffered, though sacrifice is needed for this kind of stuff.
Hope you guys haven't burned out and you are Ready for the major abyss pvp to begin!
Grats!

Why do people think they are in poor health or have medical issues just because they got there first. This is obvious the game is not the grind people think it is. Its not even a full month since release and people can obtain max level. I remember older games taking 5-6months of grinding non-stop to reach max level. This actually makes me sad if Aion leveling is faster then Wow. I was hoping for a long term journey.

Because it's literally impossible to have done this without cheating in some way. At the very least they were account sharing.
The only reason Aion is "faster" than WoW (original) is because it's been out for a long time. They already knew the optimal grinding spots etc.

ok to be fair, these guys probably played LITERALLY 14 hours a day if not possibly more, since the second servers came up....no harvesting, no crafting, no NOTHING else.
Kudos to them for doing so, i wish i was there, but i just can't get into this grindfest after burning out on WoW's grindfest so long ago -.-;

this game has grind, it has a fairly large grind but 99% of all pve content is easy mode for healer (chanter or cleric) x dd (anyone else but a templar) groups. Throw in 1 or 2 more people and you can do most elites.
It is going to take months for most people to hit 50, mainly because they will try to solo through everything and fail miserably.
