Ps are the other servers selling fluxes for stupid prices? Whats the average flux price, major and up?

I spent over 80 million on C-Aion to get that shield completed.

Overall, I'm very happy with the current prices. Also, remember, you're very AHEAD OF THE CURVE right now. 399 means you can craft lvl 48 gear. Only a handful of players are even that level in the entire game across all servers right now. Flux prices WILL decrease significantly as more and more folks move into the level 45+ range and the markets flood with the blue fluxes you need and there are pages of stacks of 1,000 Orichalcum on the Broker.

If you are Zikel Elyos save yourself the time and money. I have the shield on broker for 2 million kinah. Took me 9 attempts to succeed on mine.

I'm just trying to get a 38 set crafted... *my god*. Worthy Fine Armor Fluxs are going for 65k PER...

... forget all the other mats, it costs 2x as much just for the Fluxes as it would to buy a 38 Green Piece.

Armorcrafting is *totally* borked in this game. I'm just leveling it as a formality at this point and expecting absolutely nothing good to ever come of it. I'm 280 points in. Might as well finish it off.

I haven't gone for the 399 push yet. I am at around 310, but am only level 31 ... no need to rush up at this point for me.

And yea, fluxes are way over priced for the most part. Though, it looks like the lower level ones are starting to drop a lot. Might be picking some up and making some stuff for a profit to afford the push to 400.

Like others have said, the prices will stabilize eventually, you are going to be paying 2-10x of what things are actually worth for a while ... but once everyone is higher, the market should flood with materials and things should be more reasonable. But yea, I am kind of dreading making this shield, I just hope I can get the recipe ... the crit shouldn't be too bad.

Flux is over priced because its drop rate is way to low. Atleast I know it is for Worth Greater Armor Flux I tried for an hour to farm mobs that are supposed to drop them and didnt even get 1 :(

You guys should join a guild which supports each other and shares mats, why try do it by yourself when you can have 50 others farm for you? Makes sense...o_O

Attempting 7-8-9th attempt at Expert Quest Part 2 (Noble Durable Adamantium Shield) in 5 minutes... this can be a tad nerve racking.

I ended up getting pretty luck on the noble durable adamantium shield, 1/1. however, the second (third?) part of the quest, the worthy noble durable orichalcum shield works out to about 1,500,000 a synth on Ariel, and worthy premium armor fluxes are a bitch to find. >< /sigh

It doesnt change the fact that the damn shield isnt proccing and orichalcum acid and charcoal isnt cheap...

You may find it cheaper to buy an Experts Fine Armor Flux and convert it down, the prices of the later lvl flux's are borked because the majority of players on all servers haven't made it past lvl 30 yet, in time these will be more abundant and therefore cheaper.

^^ Just you wait, the 3rd part of the experts quest is the lvl 50 Worthy Durable Orchalium shield, the vendor mat cost alone will make you weep, let alone the fact that it takes around 50 mins to make all the parts and then the shield just to have it fail!

Im on my 3rd try for the Orichalcum Shield both times before I got the green version. Ive spent so much money on this its stupid, Im so jealos of some people too cause 2 in my guild got it on first try.
