As a cleric I find it unfair as currently it is done. I either will need to engage in battle (with is risky) or wait for a chance to heal and get some leftover AP. And we all know what other group members think of a cleric that is using his offensive spells during group PvE/PvP. I think that templars might agree with me on that :)

If there is some1 in party that ain't contributing to the fight, then he should be simply kicked out, not "rewarded" with less AP.
