NOTE: Do to the fact I'm too busy to play Aion anymore, I'll be leaving the updating with Replies to my fellow Clerics. I, of course being the information monger I am will still be watching and discussing things with Clerics still playing. Hopefully, with the new patch some things will change such as the Staff Molding which I'll write about later.
Good luck out there! Please reply with things you want updated.
Also listen to good Clerics, not the bad ones. (You know who you are!!)
Disclaimer and Intro:
Since I've been asked a few times, and there seems to be a huge lack of reasonable and truthful knowledge out there. (Read the Cleric Channels on your server and troll wannabes). This is NOT a Guide although I don't really care if Mods move it to that section. If its TL;DR, then don't read it, I'm not stopping you and if you want answers to the most asked questions and answers to the bunch of misconceptions out there, feel free to ignore! It's too bad you probably already stopped reading this so lol ^^;
In this thread, you will not find any comparisons to Chanters unless necessary to prove a point.
This is the Cleric Forum, not the Chanters and if you're reading this, you should have already chosen Cleric.
Don't ask which is better, cause they are both good. And this is not the place for it.
This is, The Cleric Frequently Asked Questions Thread!! And Cleric 101!
Note: I will answer most questions posted here, and update this as I go.
Note 2: I honestly don't care if you reference/steal this info in anyway. This is the net we're talking about!
Note 3: Linking it is greatly appreciated, but not necessary.
Note 4: This is NOT a guide, it only answers the most common questions. Look elsewhere for deep analysis and basics on being a Cleric.

Q: Does M.Boost Boost healing?
Common Answer: IT DOES - I SWEARS MY HEALS WENT UP BY 2 WHEN I HAD MORE MAGIC BOOST!!111~www
Real Answer: NO
For the last time, N O.
NO!!!
NOTHING Boosts Healing except our Passive Skills we get as we level.
M.Boost does NOTHING for our healing.
Will there be a stat in the future? Maybe, ask NCSoft.
Stop asking us.
End.
Note: It has been confirmed there WILL be a +Healing stat, however in the form of Stones or simply a passive Stat on items such as Weapons, has not been Confirmed.

Q: Which is better? Staff or Mace/Shield for a Cleric?
Common Answer: Staff for PvE. Mace/Shield for PvP.
Real Answer: Whichever is better at the time. Read NOW.
First off, to SHATTER your delusions. Staff CAN be used End-Game PvP. Don't believe me? Go watch the Airwave PvP video again, that's right Addin is using a STAFF. Now be quiet about it, since half of you don't even know why Mace/Shield is more recommended.
Note: I am unsure why Addin uses a lvl 49 Staff (Exedil's Staff - Items - Aion I think). Perhaps saving for it now. Addin's Profile can be located here: plaync ??? :: ???
Some rules about this:
- Shield is NOT taken for the Block Value and its Mitigation.
- Staff is NOT taken for its Parry over Block Value.
Once that's out of the system, here we go.
As many have mentioned, Shield is used for 2 things. 1) The Extra Sockets 2) The secondary Stats. The Block value is just a nice bonus that comes with our Candy. Think of it like the Whipcream or Cherry on top. Whichever makes you drool more.
Either way, the point is, Block/Parry and all that BS is FALSE. We don't care about that stat, save it for the Templars.
Now, remember, Mace/Shield is still recommended. This is because you get more sockets from your Shield, roughly 2-6 more. That's easily 72 M.Res or 510 HP. which in Aion, is BIG, especially in PvP. (6 x 12 M.Res Stones or 6 x 85 HP Stones). The drawback is Staves tend to have more M.Boost and better secondary Stats, although usually no Defensive ones such as M.Res or P.Def.
In Conclusion, don't dismiss staves like Sailor's Staff - Items - Aion during your Travels, or if you're lucky Kromede's Staff - Items - Aion. The only loss is the Defensive Stats and HP and if you feel you can spare some (say, if you have 7K HP or so) then go for it. Plus your Smites, Slashing Wind's and alike will do more damage.
That's that. No more discussing Block and Parry please.

Q: Why is our HoT useless? Why is Thorny Skin so useless?
Common Answer: Yah it sucks.
Real Answer: Not very good in PvE, but very good in PvP.
WUT?!?
Yah, PvP more please. At lvl 45, I think my HoT was ticking for 70. And 70 is big when you look at Damage Reductions in PvP. Equivalent level Sins (when they don't crit) only hit me for like 70's a hit. Just like that, I've mitigated that entire damage, and if I'm running its free Healing on the fly. I'll take any healing over no healing thx. This HoT becomes double (140 a tick) after a Blessed Shield pop, which is pretty big.
Will this save you (because you didn't range the spell) from a Inferno from a Sorc? Not likely, but for Scout Classes and Warrior Classes, and Chanters. This will mitigate quite a bit of damage, it is a small cushion that DOES help. It is also your only source of healing when you're Silenced or Aerial Held until you Pot/Get out. Do NOT dismiss it. It has saved me plenty.
Now, I've grouped Thorny Skin here too, since a lot of Clerics hate this spell too. Again, you're just not PvPing enough. The reflected damage is NOT reduced, it is a RAW 48/78 damage that is reflected back. (A free 48/78 damage for taking a hit sounds just fine to me! ^_^) The only downside is the CD is quite long at 10 mins. But that's fine for me, since I rarely find myself needing to use it every 5 mins.
In Conclusion, the numbers are small, and don't shine very well in PvE content due to the nature of the high damage Mobs do (48 Calydons hit me for 500-800 normals >.< when HoT is only ticking 73), it is a great PvP tool and for PvE, topping people off and "indirect healing". Do not dismiss, and its far from waste of mana.
Note: Thorny Skin Damage increases are you level. In addition, damage is per hit, not per attack. Examples would be Chanters and Templars, with their multi-hit skills. Each hit from the Attack is reflected, so Chanter for example wouldn't just take 73 damage, they'd be taking 73x6 damage! Which translates to A LOT.

Q: What Manastones should I use?
Common Answer A: HP ALL THE WAY
Common Answer B: HP with M.RES ALL THE WAY
Common Answer C: M.BOOST ALL THE WAY
Stupid Answer: ALL MP
Real Answer: Depends on what you're willing to sacrifice and what you mostly do.
Now, personally, Answer A is the best. The HP is universally good in PvP and PvE. It just shines even more in PvP with Damage Reductions. If you look at my Profile, and any other Cleric will full HP. You'll note we have (Average) +1600 to +3000 HP. In PvP, that is HUGE. Thats an extra chain or 2, or a few more seconds to live to heal, or etc, etc. In PvE, I can name plenty of instances that HP has saved me, especially in Steel Rake and other World Bosses.
I feel a good number to hit for HP, is about 8000 HP. At this point, you MAY probably consider more M.Res into your build. Although others scoff it completely and go full HP, which is a fine option. Others have even made Full M.Res Gear, to survive Sorc Burst and SMs. This is common thing in K.Aion, and should not be looked at as bad.
M.Boost Clerics are good and all, but only for Solo leveling and not getting Ganked. I chose my words very carefully here.
Every M.Boost Cleric I've fought, we've blown up faster then Microwave Popcorn or I've killed (slowly) 1v1. They simply don't have the HP (and maybe Gear??) to survive. They have to heal more, while I keep pummeling and eventually its a Draw or I proc a Divine Spark and Win, and since I can Survive the Divine Spark Rape and they can't, if they proc its no problem, I have the Cushion.
Now, I am NOT saying M.Boost for Clerics is bad. Pre 30 (even pre 40!), it really doesn't matter. In fact, you might consider it right away until 30 for sure! There really isn't much threat Pre 30 (besides at 20 where you might run into a Rift group trying to do a quest, or got teleported keke). Either way, PvP contact is minimal, and Mobs don't hit hard enough for you to worry about HP. Save Lephargists, cause they hit really hard for some reason >.>
So if you want to spare the HP Boost/Survivability to gain faster and more damaging Skills, completely viable! Just don't expect to live as long.
Once again, I am saying M.Boost is NOT bad. It is viable, and WILL boost your leveling speed very noticeably.
However, at high end PvP and PvE, Mobs hit way too hard for you NOT to have HP Stones.
Example: Indratu Fortress, where constant AoEs happen and a Boss that puts a delayed Blast skill on you for 3.5K, and hitting you at the same time for 1K each.
You'll also notice I wrote MP as the stupid answer.
This is because we have way too many ways to get mana back. Mana Potion CD is very short as well.
Penance, Mana Treatment, Mana Potion, 2K DP.
What more do you need? MP Stones are worthless to Clerics.
In Conclusion, M.Boost is FINE until you experience more PvP and Higher end PvE Content. (If you don't have 4K HP, Medeus will 1 shot you. Or Andre will AoE you to death, just a few examples). Even you think you have enough HP to survive, sure go for it! However, the best way to put it is "A dead healer can't heal". This is why HP is the commonly the Best Option, and will be for a while.
P.S.
MP Stones are worthless.
Note: Almost all 45+ Bosses have some sort of AoE for at least 2000 and can spike to easily 4000 with more skills and alike. HP Stones are almost required for some fights such as Bollvig and Bress-Eye Grogget, where mass damage is dealt out to the entire Raid. Unfortunately, if you're M.Boosted you're more then likely not going to survive.
Note 2: Once you hit (or near) 50, and have some gear. It is actually better (PvP Wise) to stack M.Res OR stack HP and possibly have a set for each. You want a least 1400 or so M.Res on gear alone before Stones, and obviously some HP to support yourself. A Full HP Cleric in full Oranges has about 8k to 10k+ HP, so without Stones its about 7k to 9k. You're goal should be to have about 30% + Resist to all Magic. It is currently very popular and works very well, resisting Sleeps, Aether Holds and Silences all over.

Q: Which should I take? Blinding Light, Flash of Recovery, Earth's Wrath, Festering Wound? (Pre-Lvl 30)
Common Answer: EARTH'S WRATH!!!!!!!111 FLASH
Real Answer: They are all good.
I'm going to get lots of flack for this section and what I'm about to say.
But Earth's Wrath is good, but NOT required. I personally Solo and level'ed fine (almost 47 at the time of writing this). I PvP Solo fine, I PvP in Groups fine, and I don't have it. Will I have it? I don't know yet, but its NOT required. It will speed things up yes, but its NOT REQUIRED as many Clerics seem to have you believe. Again, I am not saying Earth's Wrath is bad, if I had extra Stigma Slots, I'd use it in a "flash" (har har har...), and it WILL speed up your leveling if you so choose to use this Stigma. Once again, I'm only saying its not a necessity while some believe it to be their only tool of Offense.
Earth's Wrath again, WILL increase your DPS. The downside is you LOSE in Utility.
This is required for Noble Energy though, so be sure to keep that in mind.
The Stigma that IS required by all Builds, is Flash of Recovery. This is a staple skill, your group loves it, your enemies hate it. This is a Win/Lose skill, which means it can be the deciding factor between you losing or gaining AP; or in PvE's case, losing Kinah from Soul Healing or socketing a brand new Orange Armor.
The problem with Flash, is the CD. The other problem is the Clerics in Aion over-relying on it. Many argue "30s CD is short", but in reality (especially PvP) you don't HAVE another 30s usually. A badly used Flash and its Game Over cause its on CD. Flash is for emergencies and many (I've personally died to this many times) have the tendency to "burn the Main Target" as soon as Flash is used, and it usually involves a death. This skill is great, but its also very bad if you use it wrong.
Now for Blinding Light, many people seem to think its PvP skill only. I disagree. Blinding Light has been wonderful to me in PvE Content. Blinding an extra mob target, ad or anything is great. Blinding the target so it doesn't instagib your Sorcs from a resisted Sleep, or a sudden spike on Tank with the mob charging up another shot when your Flash is down. Blind saves lives, and don't you forget it.
For Festering, there are surprisingly a LARGE number of Mobs at high levels that Heal, and this helps tremendously. This also devastates any group with Chanter Only healing, no Healing or bad Clerics healing. I find I use it very often in PvP, although I tend to use it nowadays to "eat" a Focused Evasion of Assassin's, but this makes killing Chanters and Chanter only Groups really easy. With some mobs healing for about 25% (Guys like Dedrun and Agro), this helps with killing them.
In Conclusion, they are all good. Use whatever fits your Gamestyle at that time. Although I do recommend getting rid of Grace of Empyrean Lord at lvl 20 and only put it back if you choose to get the Adv. Stigmas that require it. Its pretty useless (see MP stone notes above) and it sucks its required for a Adv.Stigma... Either way, do not let someone else tell you how to play with your Stigmas! These 3 lower Stigmas are the most highly debated topic from Clerics. Here are some common pre 30 ones.
Pure PvP 1: Flash, Blind
Pure PvP 2: Flash, Festering
PvPvE 1: Flash, Earth's Wrath
PvPvE 2: Flash, Blind
Pure PvE: Flash, Earth's Wrath
Note: These are the most common variations pre-30. At 30, you can pick up another one! But then you'll have a general idea of what YOU want to do and what is important for you.
Note 2: You'll notice I don't mention Reverse Condition. This is because its not good for anything but saving time on leveling and Mana pots. It is extremely rare case of PvP success, which may cause more harm then good and almost no place outside of being Completely Safe during PvE. Any of the 4 above are better then Reverse Condition in almost every situation.

Q: What armor should I wear? Cloth, Leather, Chain?!?
Common Answer: Cloth low level, Chain later.
Real Answer: Doesn't matter low level, Chain asap.
I'd like to link Balrak's http://www.aionsourc...eric-build.html for you in case you ever have even thoughts about using Leather and Evasion Stones. My answer is there, as well as many. So I won't discuss Leather here.
Now, Cloth is perfectly fine once again low levels, but switch to Chain ASAP. Chain offers the P.Def we need to survive the hits in PvE. Chain tends to give +HP, +Conc and +P.Def more then Cloth, and in higher numbers. The P.Def difference is huge as it is, although I'd say Cloth has higher M.Res overall. This is absolutely required to take hits from Mobs and players. Mobs WILL get loose in instances, and mobs WILL FIND a way to hit you (Heal pulls uber agro, even with -Enmity passives) and you have to be able to survive them. (You'll know once you hit Steel Rake). P.Def is mainly for PvE purposes however.
In Conclusion, don't steal the Sorc and SMs cloth pieces. Chain is the Priest Class armor. It offers all the essential nutrients of a balanced Cleric, with a spice of Surviving. Cloth looks good on Paper, but Paper doesn't make you gain Abyss Points, it just makes you lose them.
Note: Its been proven a while ago, P.Def is very lackluster in PvP and some PvE content. You should not be concerned or judge a piece of gear (Chain) for its P.Def and choose Cloth is it really does outweigh the Chain by a lot. In PvE, the small difference matter, but not PvP.

Q: What is Slashing Wind/Punishing Wind? Where do I get it? It replaces Hallowed Strike?
Common Answer: Yes, it replaces Hallowed Strike! WE CAN NUKE!!!1
Real Answer: It can start your Melee Chain, now Ranged. Does not replace.
First, "Where do we get it?".
For Elyos, you get it from Aethergenetics Lab in Heiron.
For Asmodians, you get it from Alquimia Research Center in Beluslan.
And now, Slashing/Punishing Wind (Gonna just call it 'Wind' now) is a instant Nuke that starts the Heaven's Judgement and Divine Touch Chain. You can learn them at 42. Some key notes:
1) Wind and Hallowed Strike resets CD for both, whichever is used.
2) Wind is instant and Range, Hallowed Instant and Melee.
3) Wind has a 16sec CD, Hallowed has a 8sec CD.
Now, Wind has the potential to do more damage, but if you need to Spike someone, run in after 8secs and do your
Hallowed Chain. You should do your Hallowed Chain when you're confronted with a Melee too (when Wind is on CD) to lower their Attack Speed and possible Stun.
In conclusion, the key thing is the different CDs and they both trigger each others. This can make the difference between letting someone get away, and you killing them. Note as well, Wind does not lower their Attack Speed.
********************
Q: Attack Speed? Casting Speed? What is this for?
Common Answer: Casting Speed for faster heals, duh! Attack Speed is useless.
Real Answer: Casting Speed for quicker Heals, Attack Speed to lower your Animation Time.
In case you didn't know, Attack Speed lowers that stupid time you get "stalled" doing your animation from Heals.
So Attack Speed DOES HELP, its not worthless. Shorter Animation, means faster Heals and more Attacks.
Casting Speed is pretty self-explanatory. Faster Heal casts, faster healing, faster killing, etc. Overall good with no negatives.

Q: How do we get Medals/AP from Sieges? Healing gives no AP!!!
Common Answer: We don't get AP!!! LET EM DIE AND KS!!!1
Real Answer: We don't get AP for healing out of group.
Unfortunately, we don't get AP from just healing someone that is under attack. Whether or not this will change will depend on NCSoft. Thus, you should try to get at least 1 instant off to "participate" in the killing of the Player when PvPing.
In addition, to get Medals from Forts, I admit sometimes us Healers get the shaft, but in essence we don't.
Fort (Attack) Medals are given via many factors, mainly being Level. Groups are given Contribution based on how much AP is earned during the Fort Siege, so you need to group up usually. Which isn't a bad idea! Lower forts, there is not much AoE going around, there is some in Upper Outside and Inner Inside Forts will eat you if you can't Range or LoS Properly. Remember, your group gets nothing if they're dead!!! So Heal!!!
With that said, I've said this a numerous times in the forums here. Forts cannot happen without Clerics. Without Clerics, tanks die, groups don't get dispelled, everyone gets raped, Boss resets, good game. Don't be selfish, heal. This is a faction game.
To maximize Medal and AP Gains, try to group with people the equivalent level as you. Being 30 in a full 50 group will net you almost nothing, while being in a group of 30's may net you some Silvers. Golds come by much quicker near the level cap, so don't worry too much! Just keep healing! Do your job, so others can do theirs.
Note: Thanks to the Patch, a successful Fort Defence now offers many Medals to the Legion, specifically, the Legion Brigadier General (Leader). If you were there, I'm sure your Legion Leader will give you 1 (or 2 or 3!) medals if you ask for it / need them, as long as you do your job. Get at it boys and girls!

Q: What's the difference between Cure Mind and Dispel?
Common Answer: Mental and Physical.
Real Answer: Mental and Physical.
Yes, its exactly that. Heres a small list of what can and cannot be by what.
Cure Mind:
Curse of Roots / Tree
Sleep
Fear
Petrification
Transformations
Dispel:
Snares
Roots
Slows
Bleeds
Blinds
Silences
Cannot:
Stun
Stumble
Aether Hold
Healing Potions (Dispel Pots) can only remove what Dispel Spell can remove.
Higher Level of Dispel removes Higher Level Physical spells.
Higher Level of Cure Mind removes Higher Level Mental spells.
Note: Some spells and skills (Example Steel Rake, Grudge Wound) cannot be Dispelled. Some conditions flat out say they can't but there are many that cannot be dispelled OR have an extremely high "Dispel resist" rate that are unmarked, some need 2 Dispels! There are also some mobs (Example, Kaiden HQ Mob) that puts on Physical Debuffs that are removed by Cure Mind. I'm not sure if this is a bug, but know your Spells and know what you can't dispel.
Note 2: As a Cleric, ALWAYS carry Healing Potions (Dispel Pots) with you. When you're silenced, you cannot cast Dispel, thus you need to use the Potion. The Potion will not take your Mana and Health Potion CD, so use it immediately without hesitation.

Q: My Heal didn't heal my target!!!
Not exactly a question, but worth mentioning.
Here are a few examples of why it happens.
The Aion UI has about 0.2 Second delay when selecting from the UI. It also has a slight delay on displaying Health in the windows (Target seems real time however). Most often what happens is you're "Click and Hotkey" are too close together (read spamming the skill) and you actually select your target AFTER you use the skill. Thus, it "appears" you selected your Tank, but instead its going to your Sorceror you had selected previously and your "Heal didn't go off".
Other occurrences involve "Position Bug" I'll call it, or "Lag move".
This involves your target "falling" at 100m a second and off your screen, thus "Too far away" to heal. This is an annoying bug and no real way to fix it but to let it "settle" back. Be sure to let your party know its happening and your NOT letting your tank die on Engineer Luhaluha on purpose >.>
Another one that is known, is what I call the "Selection Bug". Even though your Target is targetted, every skill you use is on yourself. I'm not sure how it happens, but the simple fix is to select something and re-select your target. Its kinda annoying TBH, but it happens and you should be prepared for it.
Yet another scenario, is "Click Drag". Instead of clicking your target, you move your mouse just a little too fast or not let go of your mouse fast enough, and you actually "drag" your targets icon (from Group). This doesn't select them but moves their position on the Group bar, and again, WILL NOT select them. This is a personal problem of course, but I'm sure many of you have done it before!
In conclusion, stuff like this WILL happen. Adapt! We are versatile.
Note: This can occur with Smite Chain -> Thunderbolt -> Divine Spark. Many people see Divine Spark and go "OMG!!" and start spamming their Hotkey. What happens is Smite actually comes up (CD wise) faster then Thunderbolt -> Divine Spark can happen. Since Smite is available and Divine Spark is NOT availble for another 0.25 Second (Animation for Thunderbolt not finished), Smite comes out even if Divine Spark triggers. To prevent this, just Click the icon that pops up OR stop spamming your Hot Key.

Q: Why do we have 3 Resurrection Skills?
Common Answer: STFU, take it or leave it!
Short Answer: 2 are fine, 1 is extremely situational (See Note 2) unless fixed.
The 3 are: Resurrection, Resurrection Loci and Grace of Resurrection.
Resurrection is 15m Range, Single Target. 6sec Cast.
Resurrection Loci is 30m Range, Single Target and everyone 20m Radius of your Target, Pulls to in front of you. Group Only. 6sec Cast.
Grace of Resurrection is 20m Radius, all Group Members within Radius. 10sec Cast.
Now the question is, Why do we even have Grace of Resurrection?
Because I think NCSoft was suppose to make it ALLIANCE Members.
Because of this oversight, Grace of Resurrection is a Cast longer, more Mana and doesn't Pull (Tractor Beam) Members to you, lower range version of Resurrection Loci. making it absolutely HORRIBLE. Don't even buy the Book until this is fixed.
Resurrection Loci is amazing, and can save many Parties and is the MAIN Resurrection skill used in Sieges and Instances.
In conclusion, singular res when needed. Tractor Beam res and AoE res when needed. Third Rez is (almost) garbage.
Note: Resurrection Loci has 1 small bug. After using it on a Group Member who is in agro range of a Mob. If you Heal/Buff them at all, they will agro even if you're outside of range. The length is about 30 seconds or if you don't wish to risk it, have the character relog. This bug has been confirmed and the way it happens. You have been warned!!
Note 2: Grace of Resurrection has 1 Good Factor. If reduces Soul Sickness time by 50%. The cast time, the Mana cost and among other things makes this skill not worthwhile most of the time. Currently, the best place to use this is Dark Poeta. Where you are timed, and time is needed. This skill even goes quickly though if you pop Sage's Wisdom beforehand, reducing the cast time to 5 seconds. Unless you're willing to risk (Remember, Loci pulls them out of danger spots) the Area resurrection with Grace, there is no point. Thus, Grace of Resurrection remains a pretty crappy resurrection.

Q: Is there anyway to level faster?
Common Answer: Korean Game, Grind little girl, grind!!!
Real Answer: Yes.
First off, Partying levels up faster if you're doing the right stuff. Do it.
For more extensive purposes, you can "Attack Weave" to slightly bump up your DPS.
Weaving involves doing a Single Melee attack after a Chain skill, abusing the time required to input the next Chain Skill.
Example: Smite -> Melee -> Thunderbolt.
By doing this, you can do:
Smite -> Melee -> Thunderbolt -> Hallowed Strike -> Melee -> Heaven's Judgement/Divine Touch -> etc.
The most common Chain being:
Summon -> Earth's Wrath -> Chatisement -> Smite <Weave> Thunderbolt <Weave> Wind <Weave> Divine Touch
This does a considerably more damage than just doing the skills in a row.
Note: You know you did it right if your Melee Swing animation "twitchs" into the Skill. The Melee Swing animation doesn't fully complete, and the damage hits and you "cancel" into the Skill. If you see the full Melee Swing animation, you didn't press the Skill in time. Press it earlier.

Q: How to use Penance? Mana Treatment? Mana Potions?
This is a pretty weird question, but again worth mentioning.
Here a few simple nitchs with them:
A) Mana Treatment and Mana Potions do NOT stack.
B) Mana Treatment overrides Mana Potions, not vice-versa. Mana Potions will simply "disappear" if used.
C) Penance stacks with both.
D) Although Penance cause Self-Damage, does not break Tree/Sleep/Roots which break on Damage.

Q: Why didn't my AoE Heal work?!? Half my Groupies didn't get healed!
Common Answer: lolnub
Real Answer: Range and LoS.
The problem with Aion AoEs, is they require Line of Sight to your target, even if they are in the radius. As well, Radius from what I can tell is a Spherical Radius around with a Vertical Max of 5m (Think of it looking like a Donut). You should predict where they will be in the next area and adjust accordingly.
You will find this to be extremely annoying when faced with Hills. Hills seems to have a weird affect on AoE Heals. Even though you can normal heal them, they MAY NOT be able to be AoE Healed. I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it oftens everytime on Hills. This may be an LoS issue (Say, AoE is coming from your FEET, while main Healing is from your Eyes?!?!) in which case you simply need to adjust. Stairs do this too every so often, and you should be away of this. Other issues include rocks, trees, chests, boxes, etc.

Q: Where does "X" stigma drop?
Common Answer: Check AionArmory!
Real Answer: World Drop.
Unfortunately, you can't farm certain mobs for specific Stigmas. You can however farm mobs within the level range.
All Stigmas drop from the corresponding level mobs that its related to.
Example, Splendor of Recovery usually drops from 38-42 mobs, as its level requirement is 40. Give or take.
So good luck!

Q: Why doesn't Sympathetic Heal I Work?!?!?
Common Answer: MAN WHAT A JIP AND HORRIBLE STIGMA!!1
Real Answer: The Tooltip is bugged since release day, it was correct in Beta.
Sympathetic Heal I - Skills - Aion does not do what both Tooltip's in AionArmory says. Which are:
A) Can be used on an ally within 25m to restore 1159 HP.
B) Heals you and all group members within 25m by 1159 HP.
For those who have played WoW, this spell is exactly the same was "Binding Heal", a great heal.
It will heal yourself, and your Target within 25m (Group Member only) for 1159 HP, for a very low Mana cost.
With that said, it is not a horrible stigma, some will argue it is situational, some argue that 10sec CD is way too long.
The fact people complain that the CD is too long is enough evidence that it is very useful.

This section is specifically for those long fights, those Nasty Heroes and Legendaries you see out in the wild.
Maybe you were wandering the Desert of Eltnen, doing quests for the Scout Base when you ran accross Andre the first time and said "WTF is that?!?!". Or maybe you were running by the Execution Grounds in Morheim and suddenly and giant Bird claws your face in. Well, now that you're a good level, you can heal and kill him. (^_^ )b
Mostly for any Healer jumping into the fight for the first time, or maybe even 2nd. This is to prepare you and that is all. If you maybe have trouble with a fight, here you'll find some info on it! And get the loot you deserve!!
Note: I play Elyos, therefore I am currently unaware of many of the Morheim, Beluslan special Mobs. If any of you have killed any and would like to share (not simple elites, I'm talking Heroes and Legendaries or harder then usual Elites) feel free to post!
Note 2: I've put Damage in as something I've noticed in Mobs. I classified them as either Low, Moderate or High.
Low being able to help DPS, and even Mana Treatment Often without heal spamming.
Moderate being slight DPS, and relative constant Healing, slight AoE Damage.
High being lots of AoE Damage, and big numbers on Tank from hits, or relatively anything that can "WTF" your party.
It is also based off the Relative level you'll be fighting them, since obviously being much higher level makes the fights much easier.
**
Eltnen
Andre
Damage :: Moderate to High
- Stay out of 15m Range as his AoE will hit you.
- Will random agro every so often for no reason, be warned.
- Be sure to Heal at a safe area where you can reach the Main Tank, Other Healers and Melee DPS can run to easily.
- If you suffer casualties, immediately run out to about 20m range and Rez Loci
- He can do 2 consecutive AoEs within 10 seconds. Be SURE to top your tank off for it.
Supervisor Penteros
Damage :: Low to High
- Does some nasty Spike from Skills. Be prepared to heal it.
- Summons 2 Ads, Moderate HP. Tank them while healing Tank.
- Can be 2manned, but very slow.
- Has a small Cone Stumble I believe, stay out of it.
Sartemon the Insane / Summoned
Damage :: Low to Moderate
A) Fighting on him
- You probably will be taking Damage from the Range Mages, Keep yourself topped while watching the tanks HP.
- Help DPS the Range to quickly get rid of them and causing further unnecessary damage.
- Sartemon doesn't do much really, occasional Fire Damage.
B) Pulling him out
- Reminder not to heal the Tank or whoever to let them change agro while pulling
- Immediately flash Damaged player once Mobs are reset except Sartemon
- Simple Tank and Spank after that.
Raging Kraterr
Damage :: Moderate to High
- Uses Fire Attack, use Summer Circle
- 15 - 20m Cone AoE, will mostly likely hit you regardless. Unsure about this one.
- After AoE, summons Fire Spirits. AoE Heal the initial damage and possibly tank the Spirits. Spirits hit for about 100-200.
- Kraterr sometimes likes to random agro, watch out for that.
- There isn't much room, but be sure to find a safe room to Rez Loci if needed.
- The Pillar in the middle of his island can LoS you.
- Tank can be kept up indefinitely by 1 Cleric, but can be Spiked.
Fire Temple
Kromede the Corrupt / Vile Judge Kromede
Damage :: Low to High
- Fire attack, use Summer Circle
- AoE of 15m attack, followed by Traps with increasing Numbers. Be prepare to Flash or Heal anyone caught inside/tank Spike.
- You can actually "time" the AoE attack as it has a 5second cast. Once it hits about 3 seconds left. Start Healing Wind cast, and you should heal them all to full, negating the damage completely with no real threat to Group providing you're out of Range of AoE.
- Vile Judge Sports much more HP then Corrupt version, and hits harder.
Aethergenetics Lab
RM-78c
Damage :: Moderate to High
- Do NOT waste Mana Dispelling or help DPS. Boss has Buff that poisons anyone who attacks him.
- Rotate HoT with everyone in Party to negate Poison Damage.
- Every so often, will random agro (maybe Agro Drop?) on someone. Be prepared to spam Quick Heals on them and Clothies and Leather may be 2 shot if he crits.
- If Damage is spread too much, Acquittal is possible or AoE heal. Save Acquittal for emergencies.
Steel Rake
Madame Bovariki - Steel Rake Mid
Damage :: High
- AoE Attack does stumbles, easily spotted. Does about 2.5K +
- AoE Fear, cannot be dispelled and drains LOTS of Mana. You MUST get out of this.
- At 50%, spawns a lvl 50 Elite Cat, you MUST either tank or heal its damage
- Will random agro every so often
- DPS Race, help with killing Madame with Summon, Chastisement and Slashing Wind->Divine Touch or Earth's Wrath if Equipped.
- Madame has very low HP.
- Cat will despawn when Madame dies.
- Splendor of Recovery is wonderful on this fight. Our 3K DP Acquittal is essentially an "I Win" button here. Pop it at about 40% or at discretion.
Note: Depending on where you pull her, you can actually "Leash" the lvl 50 Cat.
Golden Eye Mantutu - Steel Rake Mid
Damage :: Low to High
- Relative Tank and Spank
- Has 10m AoE that stumbles every so often
- Hunger buff gives 100% Criticals, and you should save Flash or Blessed Shield healing for it. It not up, spam Heals with mix of Light of Recovery and Healing Light.
- You can sneak in Mana Treatments when he is drinking and eating
- If tank dies from Hunger, tank on the stage until Main Tank (if possible) take back agro.
Freed Genie - Steel Rake Lower
Damage :: Low to High
- Massive AoE Damage if group doesn't hit the Pot in time. AoE Heal quickly. Undispellable.
- You can range the AoE Dot tick

- Can hit pretty hard for no reason
D) Frillneck
Damage :: High
- Relative Tank and Spank
- Hits hard and fast
- Near 30%, puts Grudge Wound x N (N being more as time goes by). His Grudge Wound is an undispellable and hits VERY hard. AoE SPAM or Acquittal.
- Help Burn down with Chatisment and Summon and Slashing if possible to prevent more Grudge Wounds.
E) Shoryuken
Damage :: Low
- Tank and Spank
- Occasionally does Shoryuken's, small AoE knockdown. (not joking)
F) Chicken
Damage :: None
- Please insert Coin(s) to continue.
Engineer Luhaluha - Steel Rake Lower
Damage :: High
A) Real Way
- Stay moving and cast heals every Valve Blast. Saving Splendor of Recovery (if you have it) for Group healing.
- Cautious of using Healing Wind, as its long cast may kill you and Tank.
- Luhaluha will AoE (Kick) 15m after every skill, causing a long Stumble. Stay out at all costs.
- Keep Everyone HoT'ed if possible, unless they are using Health Potions
- There is a moderate chance the tank will get "Uber Chained". This is Valve->Grab->Kick->Valve and does roughly 7K damage + 2 DoTs that are undispellable. You must have Flash up for this, or Blessed Shield spamming or Tank may die. Tank may also 3K DP (Templar) or use Instant Healing items.
B) Cheese/Wall way
- Be sure to not start the event getting the "location" bug.
- AoE Heal as soon as Valve hits, after topping tank off.
- Save Flash for Melee that didn't get out in time or in case Tank gets Uber chained.
- Use Mana Treatment immediately when he adjusts valves at 75%, 50% and 25%.
- There is a small chance the tank will get "Uber Chained". See above.
- There is a small chance you'll get "Double Valved", in which case Priority is Tank, You, Ranged DPS, Melee for Healing.
Chief Mate Menekiki - Steel Rake Upper
Damage :: Moderate to High
- Depending on Strategy taken for Monkeys, you MAY take a huge amount of Damage from it or Menekiki herself. Be sure to use Tranquility.
- The Monkeys do more damage then Menekiki, watch out for Ninjas on your Clothies!
- Small AoE every so often, stumbles.
Chief Gunner Koakoa - Steel Rake Upper
Damage :: Low to Moderate
- Help DPS Teeny Bombs when needed (Note, WHEN needed, explain later)
- Frontal Cone attack , stay behind.
- Does no attacks while Bombs are out. Resurrect, Mana Treatment or help DPS Target Teeny Bomb.
If DPSing Teeny Bomb, move immediately to its location to avoid being Gibbed.
Note: You cannot Inescapable Judgement the Teeny Bombs anymore to glitch it. Please be ready to Burst down the Teeny Bombs and stand on top of them!!!
Brass-Eye Grogget - Steel Rake Upper
Damage :: Low to High
- When no mobs, he will AoE (Easily seen and predicted) every so often for 2k+ to everyone. You can time AoE Heal it.
- Mobs are generally Heal everyone you can and help DPS a bit.
- When tanking, you may need to "Root and Kite" to prevent damage as more Mobs pile up.
- If no Glad or CC or anything!!! Tank for Team while control is established.
- Tank is Priority Healing, followed by your DPS.
- Save Splendor of Recovery and Acquittal for when you need it!! A Good time for Acquittal is after Tree.
- There is a HIGH CHANCE that lowhp players will get 1 Shot. There is nothing you can do about this, simply res and keep going.
Theobomos
Lost Balor - Theobomos
Damage :: Moderate
- 75% spawns a single non-elite Cat, easily tanked.
- 50% spawns a single non-elite Mud Warrior, easily tanked.
- 25% spawns 2 Ranged non-elites, damage can be spread so AoE Heal if needed and heal up Squishies.
- Frontal Cleave Skill (I think about) 10m, moderate Damage.
- After 30%, he will randomly agro every so often but goes back to tank. Does a Pull move randomly to a Ranged target, be sure to heal them up! (Especially important if pulled into Cleave)
Theobomos Lab
Silikor of Memory
Damage :: Low to Moderate
- Relative Tank and Spank
- Periodically tries to Recover, use Festering Wound. Heals for about 35% if not Festered.
- Occasionally spawns 1 Ad, easily killed.
Unstable Triroan
Damage :: Moderate to High
- Stay away from Water Tower and Wind Tower. Water will Silence, Wind will stun.
- Small Melee AoEs throughout fight.
- At 75%, will begin spawning Ads in the middle who will go to the corresponding Tower. Water will Silence (Undispelable) and do DoT Damage. Fire will do 2500 damage Burst. Earth will put a Shield on Tririoan. Wind will stun for 5 seconds. Ads will spawn faster and faster as fight goes on. So you should watch which Spirits are going where and prepare appropriately.
- Last 25% intensive AoE and Ads, at this point use Acquittal and Blessed Shield Combos. Heal spam.
- Dispel is MANDATORY. Triroan will do Wind Bleed and other Debuffs that tick for huge amounts.
- At 25% will begin Random Agro as well. Try not to overagro and use Tranquility liberally.
- Because of the nature of this fight, the most common strategy is stand by Earth Tower. Be sure to be in range of Tank however, be at least 20m far from Tank to avoid Water and Wind Towers. If you get hit by Water Tower its a guaranteed wipe.
- If standing by Fire Tower, you can time the Burst. When the Flame Spirit hits the Tower and begins Charging. Begin Casting Healing Wind immediatly. If you do it right, Flame Burst happens and you almost immediately heal the damage. (The Burst being a 3 second cast, Healing Wind being 3.5)
Indratu Fortress
Praetorius Artair
Damage :: High
- Relative Tank and Spank (If you can get him Solo)

- 50% Summons Fire Spirit, does Moderate Damage.
- 25% Summons Earth Spirit, does Moderate Damage.
Captain Lahumu
Damage :: High
- DPS Race
- 90% Summons Fire Spirit, does Moderate Damage.
- 70% and on, will NOT keep agro for long. Random agros to anyone. As he hits extremely hard and fast, you must be prepared to begin Spamming heals on Low HP and P.Def group members. Save Flash for Emergencies.
- Later on, Fear, Mana Burn are introduced into the fight.
- You must be extremely careful about "Aether Blast". It is Delayed in damage, and will hit the Target and anyone within 10m of thus target. Stay AWAY from the Target as he is casting it and if its on you, run away from group. Aether Blast does roughly 3.5k-4K Damage after 5 seconds of it being applied. He will also be hitting the target at this time, for 1k+ each hit. This skill (if you do not have HP, or low HP members) almost guarantees death. Be sure to have Rebirth up.
- Your 2K DP skill can save you on Many occasions. Acquittal can't really help on this fight.
Brigadier Indratu
Damage :: Low to Moderate
- 50%, spawns Fire Spirit which Heals him. Place Festering Wound on Indratu if equipped. Help burn Fire Spirit down ASAP to prevent healing.
- 25%, spawns a Fire Spirit AND a Earth Spirit. Same as above. Earth Spirit only does damage, can be Blinded. Again help burn Fire Spirit.
- Does a small 5m AoE every so often, stay outside of Range.
Heiron
Dedrun the Sentinel
Damage :: Low to Moderate
- Small AoE of 5-10m, very infrequent.
- Spawns 2 groups of 6 Ads every so often. (usually 75% and 50%). Ads have NO HP, and can die from simple Melee from you or a Gladiator. You can also use Thorny Skin for one group to watch them die to you. They hit Roughly 150-300 a hit.
- At 25% or so, Dedrun will attempt to Heal. Use Festering if you have it.
- At ~10% or lower, Damage increases slightly, but not that significant.
- Can be 2manned.
Ragenon Souleater
Damage :: Moderate
- Relative Tank and Spank
- Appears only during the Day, where Gellar spawns.
- Can morph for a few seconds to a Spirit, able to Cure Mind
- Spawns 2 Groups of 2 Ads, Ads have fairly high HP and hit for roughly 200-400 a hit. DPS must kill them before they kill you or Ragenon kills tank.
- Can be 2manned
Spirit King Agro
Damage :: Moderate
- Uses Earth Attack, use Summer Circle
- 15m AoE skill every so often
- Spawns 2 groups of 2 ads, Ads have Moderate HP and hit roughly 150-300 a hit. Should be able to tank them fine with up to date Armor.
- At 25% or so, Agro will attempt to Heal. Use Festering if you have it.
- I'm not sure about this, but his damage increases a fair amount after a bit. This may be a sort of "Enrage" but be prepared for a small Spike if your Tank's armor is not up to date much.
Gojira
Damage :: High
- Relative Tank and Spank
- Hits surprisingly hard, keep the heals up.
- 2 AoE skills in a row, 15m Radius. Be sure to keep out and AoE heal any Melee caught in it.

- No AoEs.
Chieftain Kunpapa
Damage :: High
- Start fight outside Cave as he begins with Fear on 3 Targets, usually those in LoS and in Range. Fear is Cureable.
- 75%, will do "pull" to a massive Spread out AoE. Damage is relative and equal to number of Players inside it. If Tank is alone, Tank WILL get 1 shot. 2 Players will cut damage in half, 3 thirds etc. Depending on your groups strategy, you may go in (you have lots of HP right???) and any other Chain/Plate wearers to absorb damage. Not recommended for the Leather and Cloth wearers. AoE heal immediately after.
- 50%, will do a type of AoE, Pull and the Massive Spread AoE.
- 25% he may do a Fear. Be sure to have everyone topped off as Fear lasts a whopping 20 seconds if you're caught in it!!!
- <25% - He will begin doing a "Sword Stab" AoE 25m+ Range, random intervals. This AoE is easily seen (he lifts his Sword up and stabs the ground) and can be LoS'ed using the Cave Entrance. Causes Stumble for 3 seconds. Try to avoid if possible with LoS.
Scout Dehavi
Damage :: High
- Small AoE, does Moderate Damage
- Hits tank VERY hard and VERY fast.
- Every so often, will lay down Traps in an area. Being inside the traps will Instagib any class. Stay away and move with Tank.

- Relative Tank and Spank
- Frontal Cone Skills, stay behind.
High-Priest Yatri
Damage :: High
- Does high damaging Magic and Fire Skills, use Summer Circle

- At 25%, spawns 2 True Holy Servants, shoot rougly 800-1000!! Again, Blindable. Save Acquittal for this or Blessed Shield + Splendor of Recovery Combo.
Hallion
Damage :: High
- Does massive AoE Damage to Melee, stay out.
- Abuse Flying Healing Bonus whenever possible.
- After 25%, will begin Aerial Holding people. Lasts 8 seconds, where Tank must survive on its own. Be sure Tank is topped off.
- Sometimes Magic Fists after Aerial, doing 2.5K AoE to all targets.
- WARNING :: If using Flying, Aerial Hold will "bug" you, you can't again until you glide then fly even if it shows your wings out. Don't fly without ground under you.
- AoE damage is very large, including many crits to Tank. Be sure to use Blessed Shield and Flash of Recovery wisely, same with Splendor of Recovery.
Exedil
Damage :: High
- Does massive AoE Damage to Melee, stay out.
- Every 25%, will summon increasingly tougher Divine Energies (2 each time). 75% ads do about 500-600, 50% ads do about 600-700 and 25% ads do about 800-1100. This will hit for tremendous amounts of AoE damage to group, be prepared for spamming and tanking.
- After 25%, will begin doing Life Drain for 4.5k+. This is instagib to Leathers (Read, Sins) and massive damage to Glads and Temps. It also heals Exedil for a HUGE amount. Its about 5m AoE.
- With Life Drain healing so much, put Festering on is Highly recommended or you may not have DPS to beat Heal rate.
- Exedil can spike the tank to death in <5 seconds. (Assuming Tank has 10K HP with Empyrean Armor). Save flash or heal spam.
Ulan
Damage :: High
- Bring a fellow Cleric is extremely (Read necessary) good for this fight.
- Ranged Mage, uses Fire spells. Use Summer Circle.
- Every 25%, will summon 3 Non-Elite Ads, moderate Damage. Easily killed by Group.

- Ulan uses a magical attack that does 3.5K+ often, you must spam tank or else tank may die!
- Flame Curse eats Flight time, so you can't use Flight in this fight. (-48 secs a tick)
- If Tank gets spiked, you CAN TANK IT. Just make sure you have enough HP for the Magic hit.
- Reflect after every ad/sleep, do not help DPS. Tank takes Low damage at this point. Use opportunity to to Mana Treatment.
Medeus the Vile

- Recommended at least 2 Clerics. 1 to heal MT, 1 to heal Raid + LoS of Medeus.
- Randomly casts Sleep of Death, 1 min duration. Can be LoSed.
- Spawns ads, does moderate damage. Does moderate damage everywhere. Heal as much as possible.
- Help with Summon and Chastisment with Wind Chain if you feel you can risk it.
- Medeus actually has very low health, so pop all CDs without hesitation.
Bollvig Blackheart
Damage :: High
- Right at the start, will curse Puller/Tank that prevents Healing. After the hit, immediately dispel and Flash.
- Does Sleep of Death, if you're responsible for being out of range (40m), try not to fly. Flying may cause Reset. Dispel other Clerics Immediately and check MT Health for Flash. Normally won't last the full minute as AoE Fire will break you out. You can LoS this, happens usually before every 25%.
- Does Flame of Death, use Summer Circle. Flame of death reduces Flight time. Initial hit does lots, but DoTs do not and breaks you out of Sleep. Do NOT waste mana Dispelling.
- After 50%, begins doing Charming Attraction, a pull that randomly pulls people randomly. If not MT Healing, try to stay max range to help avoid. Can be LoSed and Ranged, sometimes Bugged. You can stand in a position where he cannot Pull you to only take the damage, and not get pulled.
- Does a extremely high damage Melee shot called Mortal Cutting. Its a targetted AoE so stay away from whoever its hitting, does 5K or so. He will do it immediately after a Charming Attraction.
- Paralyzes main tank and does massive damage to him every so often, including anyone in a 10m Range of Target. Immediately dispel main tank or Blackheart will rush into the Raid and possibly Mortal Cutting.
- Bring lots Mana Pots, there is a Curse that drains Mana, you'll also burn Mana very quickly AoE Healing. Long fight.
- Puts a Curse on you that drains Mana and prevents Mana Gain. If you have no Mana, pot it off. Dispel immediately off yourself.
- After Sleep, will summon ads, be sure to heal the Tanks for them and there is a high chance you'll get it.
- Try not to LoS unless Sleep is coming. If Blackheart random Targets you, he will run towards you and into the Ranged. If this happens followed by Mortal Cutting, many will die.
Note:
If you get Charming Attracted, do NOT run back to the Range Group right away.
If Blackheart decides to Mortal Cutting you, you will kill EVERYONE in the Ranged area.

- At 50%, Fears Melee. Priority is Tank.
- At 25%, First does an AoE Slow to everyone (Can be LoSed). After will Cloak and come back. After he comes back, will do another Grudge Explosion. Be sure to be LoS for this. It is almost unavoidable for Templar, so keep him full HP First.
- To help Grudge Explosion, you can use 4k DP (Brilliant Protection) to give extra HP.
Spaller's (Echtra/Rakanatra/Dhatra)
Damage :: Low
- On Pull, will try to damage/stun the Puller. Heal them up!
- First Drana Lump, will ALWAYS 4K AoE Everyone in Range. Be sure to be ready for this.
- After every Drana Lump stun, will do an AoE to everyone in range, be sure to Heal them and run out yourself (early)
- DPS DPS DPS!!! No Damage comes out when Stunned. Show us your mad Cleric DPS!!1
Telepathy Controller
Damage :: High
- Hits the Tank very hard, keep spamming.
- AoE Stun at RANDOM. AoE Heal if off immediately.
- Spawns an Elite you can avoid, just don't touch it. If touched, continue healing as normal (MT first)
- Occasionally will "grab" someone. This does about 4K Damage and will almost instagib Leathers/Clothes. Flash them before Stun can occur.
- Spawns Maggots every so often, not really a problem.
- After death, the Traps will begin "pulling" everyone inside for 2K Damage. Get away and AoE Heal it off.
Generators (Main Power/Auxiliary/Emergency)
Damage :: Moderate
- Dependant on how your Group kills and which Order.
- Use Summer Circle.
- Overall, just spam heals on everyone that gets eaten by Orbs. Stay way from Confusion ones at ALL COSTS.
- Help out DPS, the faster they die the better. If Boss gets reset, the Orbs DO NOT reset. Heal your butt off.
Brigade General Anuhart
Damage :: High
- Hits the Tank very hard. Spamming Healing Light is NOT ENOUGH HPS to keep up.
- Can Spike the Tank for 4K Instantly, be careful.
- Does a Massive AoE every 25%. Then spawns 3 Ads, they hit moderately, but the Tank will have taken massive Damage. Heal Tank is priority.
- At 25%, will puts a Shield up. When Shield goes up, spawns 3 Ads that do low damage.
- Shield only has a few seconds where it is down. Help DPS during the 10 seconds it is down while keeping Tank up.
Vanuka Infernus
Damage :: High
- Use Summer Circle, plenty of Fire Damage.
- Will often do "Magic Missle" for easily 5k-7k damage. Can be resisted, but will not stop unaware Squishies from being 1 shot. There is nothing you can do about that if they get 1 shot.
- Puts Reflect Shield up, followed by a (unknown) Random AoE Fire storm. Undispellable and initial hits hard. Can be resisted or randomly dodged. AoE Heal immediately.
- Occasionally Trees Melee, dispel Tank immediately.
- At 10%, will spawn Ads. These Ads do moderate damage. Pop everything at this point, acquittal is very useful here. You should be aiming to burn the Boss down while you tank the ads + the Templars pulls one. Everything else is as normal with 2 Ads running around.
Calindi Flamelord
Damage :: High
- Use Summer Circle, plenty of Fire Damage.
- Right off the Bat, does a 2.5k "unavoidable" AoE to everyone in the Group. To avoid this "unavoidable" you can stay in "Teleportation Hide" status until it hits, then proceed to run in and heal the Tank.
- At 75%, does Random Targetted Fear. You must dispel this quickly.
- At 60%, 40% and 20%, spawns 4 Ranged Mobs in the lava!!! They do very high damage and must be killed asap. If you can spare, help burn one with Wind Chain. They do roughly 800-1000 damage a Shot!!!
- 20% Ads are Melee and running around, you may end up tanking them!! They hit fairly hard. May help to use Thorny Skin to help kill them faster. Use Prayer of Focus if you have low Concentration.
- Every so often does AoE unavoidable Stun for about 2K. Keep everyone topped off to the best of your ability.
- Try to save Acquittal or Brilliant Protection for when its needed, this usually occurs at the 30% mark. After which, he becomes much easier to heal.
