1) I didn't notice any poison debuff on while Apply Deadly "buff" active, also it replaces poison "active buff" and vice versa ;( Junk stigma but must have if you want build physical based DPS assassin.
It procs at the same 20% rate I am pretty sure, either way yes junk stigma.

2) Ambush have a magic based stun? woot
Anyway it is another junk stigma, slot wasting... Too many glitches it have and useless in the air. Throw dagger > ambush
Ambush doesn't glitch that much for me, and while useless in the air, people are not flying 100% of the time. Its good to have options and for all purposes Ambush > Throw Dagger when it is available.

3) IMHO, fighter's builds based on MAGIC dps are pathetic. Only physical skills, leave all "magic" for mages.
Dash and Slash and Eye of Wrath stigmas must have.
Dash & Slash doesn't look half bad being that its a mobility tool and mini nuke, the problem is that to get it you need a lot of crap stigmas, worth it? Probably not that necessary for what you have to sacrifice to get to it.
Eye of Wrath, I don't know if its a "must-have" but its definitely something I'd consider keeping around to experiment a bit more with.

4) And hides... Looks like only critters cannot detect hide 2 :S I guess this is most useless skill NCsoft ever did...
Here's the thing, everything can detect you if you are flying & hidden, dont fly near mobs, land and then walk by them. Most ranger type mobs can see you, once you are familiar with things that detect hide and things that dont you shouldn't have a problem ever again.
On Rune Knife, I have been playing with it extensively and I can't think of a better stigma to get at 40+, and I'm not even exaggerating this, its the GREATEST thing to have not just for air combat, but for ground fighting too. When you have to kite a glad/templar/anyone I've found it much better to swap between bow and daggers using rune knife every CD, building 3 runes and then nuking. I can go 100% hp against a templar and ever get hit once, kill him without being touched now thanks to the rune generation of RK. Its not FAST rune generation but it is ranged damage and generation of runes all in one package.
If you are pursuing someone in the air, you still do the same thing (bow/pray for stun) except now you can build the runes while you chase and eventually land a pain rune.
Sigil Strike, the only problem with positive to it is that it is mobile rune carving, but it still wastes a slot for much other needed stigmas that are better.
The beast chain abilities aren't hard to get off, only in the air and we have ways to stun and get them up with Rune Knife & Throw Dagger + the occasional bow stun. You simply have to know how to "run ahead" of an opponent when fighting in the first place. I agree that sigil strike might be a better option if you can actually keep up with someone in aerial combat. As said, a scroll + flight speed gear covers just about all those issues, so you won't be able to stay on top of someone and hence where Rune Knife comes into play.

There's 7 stigmas that are definitely much better than ADP, you do have a wild card 8th stigma slot in the end though. Personally i'd probably use it on ADP just because I have no binds left for any new stigmas and it'd replace my old poison, but ADP is still a horrible ability. 2% chance to stun is not good anyway you look at it.
Ambush
Throw Shuriken
Shadow Walk
Sigil Strike/Rune Knife
Aethertwisting
Flurry
Blinding Burst
Paralyze godstones > **** proc rate, **** stun duration poison anyway.
I like the above build, except I'm prob sticking with Rune Knife & maybe EoW or Deadly Abandon for the 8th slot.

Very good guide and mostly agree with all but the Flurry cons. "Loses a bit of steam once you get attack speed stats" imo Flurry really shines ONCE you have atk. speed weapons, the gap from 1.5 to 1.1 in atk. is noticiable but is the gain from 1.1 to 0.9 is just insane, and you need Flurry for that.
I'm by no means saying to drop Flurry, I think though that becuase of the nature of it (% increase) it declines in how much of a boost you get from Flurry, I still agree the 0.9 is worth it either way, but you know a .4 gain > .2 gain :p
Just saying, its a minor con.
