Echelon by definition, is to be of high authority or rank; And we will strive for nothing less than being on top. We are a very hardcore small group looking to expand our roster to people just like us. Some of us are more hardcore than others, and that's ok, no matter what game you play there will always be those that seem to be on non stop. We are here to help our allies in need, and decimate any foe that stands in our way to victory. We are here to help those within our ranks and those that are not. We are friendly to those who understand what we do and respect how we do it. If you think that we are just another guild that you can flame on, you will be ignored and pushed off to the side like the rest of the people trying to use their words to get ahead. Actions speak louder than words.
Leadership
As stated earlier, the leadership of the guild has been together through various games for about a year now. We like things to be ran smooth without complications. We like to get things done swiftly and efficiently when it comes to raid bosses or sieges on opposing factions. Now I don't want to give the impression that we are all a bunch of people with sticks where the sun doesn't shine, that's not the case at all. We are some of the coolest and laid back people that you will ever come across in game. We like to goof off and mess around during down time when raids aren't planned, But when things need to get done, we don't mess around.
Classes and Roles
We are currently accepting applications from every class. We are also only recruiting level 40's or higher. This part of the thread will be updated as our ranks grow. So for those of you looking to apply can check here or on our site for classes and whether or not we need them.

Ideal members
All we require from our members is to be dedicated, serious and have a passion about their class, and know what they need to be doing to better the team. Age isn't too much of a concern, but we require maturity, because keeping a good reputation is key. Your actions reflect on the Legion as a whole, not just yourself. We are looking for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty when the Elyos pose a threat to our Asmodian brothers. People who don't scare easily and run from fights. We want people that strive to be the best that they can and always exceed the limit of expectations. We want people that can take orders without fail.
Application Process
The application is on our site, Please take it seriously. All of the applications are looked over by the members of the Echelon Council (Founders). Please allow a few days for your application to be looked over and discussed. If your are accepted, we will look forward to talking with you in vent. If you are denied however, please don't come back to this thread and flame on it. What we are looking for is pretty specific, so please don't hate on the fact that we are sticking to our standards of quality over quantity.
