My biggest concern is the DLL bug. Alot of us came from Warhammer expecting fun at the forts only to crash constantly. The last fort take we participated in, of the 35 players that came from the legion only two did not crash at all. Very poor.
The second concern is the grind at level 35+. The XP needs to be increased or you need to add some more quests or drop the amount of XP it takes to level. (Puts on his flame jacket) I am sorry grinding in one spot to level because the quests do not give you but about 30 to 40% of the xp required to level is not fun.
My biggest concern as a legion leader is the legion warehouse. You can have 80 players and honestly my avatar has more slots then the legion warehouse. Give me some more space.
I suggest that LM's have the ability to open the cube slots to the legion and password the kinah area or allow a LM to grant access to the kinah area. Can a tracking system be implemented to track who adds something to the cube and who takes something out of the cube ?
Thank You

2) No incentive on grouping, some form of exp bonus needs to be given to promote grouping.
3) Quest Exp needs to upped by a huge amount post 30.
4) A one time server transfer and faction switch. I'd LOOOVVEEE to be Elyos. (wishful thinking I know but I had to try)
Other than that I love this game and all it has to offer, it's very unique and lots of fun.

2. The XP reduction for being in group is too large. Especially since the game has so many group quests.
3. The bots have to go. They are killing the economy by under cutting people on the broker.

2. Implement more quests for level's 22-50. No one likes to just sit there and grind off of mobs for a few levels till you’re able to get/finish a new set of quests at the next quest hub. This isn't EQ1, no need to just mindlessly grind. (anyone remember the EQ1 hell levels, I do and have no motivation to do it again in a different game). The fun part starts near max level when you start to do sieges, raids and start getting endgame gear to pimp yourself out.
3. Work on the loot tables/drop rates, I don't think people want a I win button but you shouldn't be forced to farm for weeks/months at a time just for an item out of an insta zone or off a named mob. This is America and not Asia, were not into playing 24/7 for no reward for our time.
4. More communication from the devs on what is planned for the future and what is being worked on for the next patch. Daily interaction would be nice.
But these are just my two cents.......

- Bots
It's really disheartening to see the effect bots are having on this game. Based on a lot of things I had heard from Lineage 2, I was really skeptical about this situation when it came to Aion, yet also hopeful that something would be done. Bots negatively impact this game in a multitude of ways. They're making it very difficult for people to complete certain quests as they quite literally zerg all the mobs in specific areas (Alsig Village, Beluslan, etc.) You don't have to look too hard to find them. More importantly though, they're destroying the economy in the game. I have watched countless items undercut by botters, and also see quite a large number of the items in the Broker being sold by bots. It's discouraging in so many ways.
- RMTs and NCSoft's reaction
I think the RMTs speak for themselves. No one likes spam. However, NCSoft's reaction to these RMTs could have been so much better. I think it's safe to say that the RMTs themselves make up maybe 1-2% of the population. Because of this VERY small yet very visible amount, 100% of the population has been negatively affected by the resulting decisions from NCSoft. Until I'm level 10, I can no longer whisper anyone or talk in any game channel. Essentially this means that I can no longer ask for help if I need it. I couldn't ask questions in both Assassin/Ranger chat if I were a Scout and wanted help deciding which way to go. Now granted I'm way beyond this level, but this is EXTREMELY discouraging to new members.
- Crashes
Once again, this also speaks for itself. Crashing during something which is the center stone of the game is a big problem (Fortress Sieges). Furthermore, I have a couple friends who don't even dare set foot in Panda due to likely crashes.
- Experience/Questing/Death
Now, this one is tricky. In theory, if you solo a lot of your quests, and die on rare occasion, you might be able to progress through most of the levels without too much additional grinding needed. However, when you die, you lose XP and you ALSO need to pay a pretty hefty fee to recover said XP (however, not all). After enough deaths, you have now put yourself in a position where no amount of quests will get you to the next level. I'm not sure about everyone else, but I'm not a huge fan of repeatedly grinding mobs for experience. I get little enjoyment out of it, and it doesn't really provide any sense of immersion into the game/storyline/lore. I understand that it's a new game, but adding quests will help loads. There's no such thing as too many quests (within reason) as far as I'm concerned.
Now, all those things listed, this game has a LOT of potential, but the actions, or lack there-of are not helping the situation. MMO's need in-game, 24-7 GMs available within a reasonable amount of time, no questions asked. NCSoft knew well ahead of time that there were going to be numerous players. 400,000+ pre-orders speaks for itself.
Saying something will be done about the above-mentioned things only works for so long. At some point, something actually needs to be done. It seems NCSoft is being very reactive regarding a lot of the issues rather than proactive, which isn't helping at all.
NCSoft, you have a gem on your hands. Why not proactively polish it up and maintain it in order to keep people enticed to stare at its shine for months/years to come?

My next issue is this game doesnt give you enough character slots for you to experience the game to the fullest. We need at minimum 32 slots. Enough for all classes and races and genders.
Pvp is my next issue, the artificial level bonuses for the higher levels need to be eliminated or reduced. The slayer system is just fail because upper levels will still keep killing lower characters. As things are now the abyss is just useless until 45 for most people because you just end up getting ganked. I have totally given up on pvp until the level difference issue gets addressed. Besides its the most fair way to do this. People will think twice before fighting instead of just slaughtering helpless players.
My last issue is with crafting, there needs to be a decrease in the cost of npc materials. Crafters end up selling at a lost the majority of the time due to the cost in npc materials. These materials need to be cut down to 1/2 the cost.
Fix all these and I will buy a lifetime subscription to Aion.

CRASHES Sieges have become very unplayable and boring. I hate to keep re-logging every minute just to help defend. Something needs to be done about this.
Those are the main ones that need to be fixed asap. I'm sure the majority of the people will agree.
Ohhhhhhh!!!! One more thing. Private Shops back to normal please

Another possibility would be to add another crafting area. The limitation of only one place to craft has kept me from trying to sit in Panda to skill up my crafting skills due to the over population of the crafting benches causing constant error/crashes. The crashing is also very bad during busy times if I try to visit Morheim. I'm sure there are a fair number of quests I've missed over the crashing.
2.) Another annoyance with the crashing has to do with some of the Quests. One perfect example is "The Shadow Summons" in Panda. At least 4 times I have worked my way up to the top floor, sat down with no aggro to get mana & health up only to have texture overload crash and boom I'm back outside and have to start all over again. This is very frustrating. Bad enough to have the game crash while your fighting a mob because thats a certain death but if no mob is attacking and the game crashes why can't it just drop you back where you were?
3.) Lastly an odd thing that has happened to me on several occasions is a sudden wipe-out of my memo pad. After one crash I re-logged in and my memo was wiped blank. The bak file was also empty so I lost 39 lvl's of notes :( A nice in-game option button on the memo pad to backup/restore it would be really appreciated.
All in all I love the game, heck I even did a full years sub as I like it so much. The grind can be a bit tedious admittedly, but that dang Crysystem error is really the root of most of my problems.

1. Bots and kinah sellers. Walk around Pandamonium on Lumiel server and you see the kinah seller in private stores advertising their website. Bots make getting quest mobs maddenly hard to get.
2. crashing during fort raids/defenses. I want to defend too!
3. 8 characters. Seriously?! I'm an alt-a-holic. I love making new toons (and playing them all) so maybe 16 max, 8 for each side please?
You laugh because I dance the flame. I laugh because you never took the chance.

2. crysystem.dll crash. People get pissed when they can't even play the damn game, and rightfully so.
3. Lack of GM support. From what I have read on these forums so far, and from my personal experience with NC Soft's support ticket system, support is a joke so far. The support so far for this game, both in the system functionality of a support ticket, as well as the quality/timeliness of replies, is horrid. I honestly expected the support system for this game to be far more in-depth and active than Guild Wars, because I am paying monthly for this game. That is what monthly fees are for: to pay a GM staff to be able to supply active support.
I am not paying monthly to use the exact same frustrating ticket/web-based support system I used for Guild Wars. NC Soft needs to grow up and make a REAL support system that actually resolves people's issues in a timely manner. I did not play World of Warcraft, but from talking to many players who did, there is a very broad gap between the sort of support you can get there (chatting live in-game with a GM after waiting for a while) and your support system (putting in a ticket, and getting usually 2-3 automated responses over a course of days while waiting for a real response.) This one is really hurting you guys...
