Update 12/20: Fixed a few minor errors in the posted tables, thanks to testing by Isceroth. (The underlying formula was sound, it was just a data input error on my part adding the color codes to the post.) For now the program will translate Asmodian's talking to Elyos slightly incorrectly, however Nya's web translator has been updated to offer correct translations.

This was originally a reply to Dejh's thread. However, I think this warrants better than the bottom of page 3 so I figured I'd create a new thread.
Credit where credit is due, the tables Dejh created were a huge step in being able to do this. I doubt I would have gotten so far so quickly without that groundwork already laid out. For those paying attention, you will notice the initial table for both sides is identical to the first option to type from Dejh's tables. I also couldn't have done it without the large group of Elyos who were standing around chatting after they wiped my rifting group while I just sat around and listened. Similarly, a big thank you to the group of Asmodians who were nice and chatty around the Elyos I created to find out how it works the other way.
Saying whole words is a little more complex than saying individual letters. However it is easier to read and looks better than t a l k i n g l i k e t h i s. It can be hard to follow these steps by hand, so if you are struggling with it, you can use one of the tools linked above either online or off.
To use these tables, every time you start a new word (Or really have a break in the word, such as the "t" in don't) start at the initial table for the race you want to talk to, look up the letter you want to say on the first line, type the letter you see on the second line (Case matters!) then for the next letter, use the table indicated by the third line. Repeat this for each letter in the word, then start over for the next word.
Anything besides letters (Punctuation, numbers, etc) you just type as is and it will get passed as you typed it. Whenever you do, start over at the initial table for the next letter.
Everything you say will have the first character capitalized if it is a letter (If it is punctuation, the first letter will be lower case) and the rest will be lower case. (If you say Hello it will come across like that, but "hello" with the quotes would be all lower case)

As an example, lets say you are Asmodian and want to say to the Elyos "You won't beat me!" For "You" you'll start on the initial table and type "d" for y, then move to table 2. Looking up o in table 2 you type "p" then move on to table 1. In table 1 you want to type "y" for u, resulting in the first word being "dpy". Remember, case matters, those are all lower case letters.
Next for "won't". Starting over again at the initial table, you type "f" for w and move to table 2. In table 2, you type "p" for o and move to table 1. In table 1, you type "r" for n. At this point you type the apostrophe which starts the next letter over at the initial table, so you type "c" for t. The second word is "fpr'c".
Following the same steps the third word is "kiet", starting with the initial table then 3 letters from table 1. The fourth word is "vi" again using the initial table followed by table 1.
So if an Asmodian says "dpy fpr'c kiet vi!" the Elyos will see "You won't beat me!".
Note that these tables only give one possible way to say things to the other side. There are numerous things you could type which would all come out the same. "NZF fZU'E MMft BM!" and "Npy HqT'E MkGv XL!" would also be seen as "You won't beat me!". However it is not really necessary to give the full list of what you could type, because it all comes out the same on the other side.
