What settings would you put on in Group Distribution to make it so that the leader can only loot rare items but can't pick them up.
I was thinking of having everyone use the /roll command to roll for the item.

The default settings are roll for green or higher quality, while mobs can be looted round robin style. to change this right click the group panel (when in a group and you are leader) then click distribution method (or group options I'm not sure) this will bring up the screen where you can modify the distro method

perhaps I'm misunderstanding your question, you want you (the leader) to be the only one that can get items from corpses, then have your group mates roll so you know who to give it to, am I right?
You can set the distrobution method to "leader only" and no rolling or bidding, the leader only will get items then.
/roll doesn't show in others chat so you would end up having to take their word for it anyway.
