1. Guardian Squad Leader's Plate Boots. These are the iconic gold Abyss boots. +21% speed and a ridiculous six manastone sockets. The 58k AP price tag may seem intimidating, but if you farm players/guards/fortress instances you can get them fairly quickly. These are also somewhat of a status symbol, haha.
2. Elite Guardian Squad Leader's Plate Boots. Like gold Abyss boots, only better. Takes longer to farm and requires a bit of fortress seiging.
3. Ancestor Plate Boots. For the lucky ones out there, these drop off an elite named Merciless Ryugrad. They haven't got nearly the amount of manastone sockets as the gold Abyss pairs, but they're a good backup if you don't want to put in the hours to farm AP. These are BoP so you will not be able to buy them.
4. Expert Adamantium Plate Boots. Crafted using a blue recipe and can crit to a gold version. If you've got expert Armorsmith, more power to you; if not, they're probably on AH for a ridiculous price. The cost will drop in a few weeks, but for now I wouldn't buy unless you see them for super cheap or if you're rolling in cash.
5. Guardian Commando's Plate Boots. These come from a quest at level 37 for the Kralls in Kaidan Headquarters. It's a long quest, but these are the best alternative shoes if you can't get Abyss versions.

600-700k is really nothing at lvl 33-35 and I doubt cost will drop. We are talking about drop rate of blue fluxes. They most likely will always stay above 200k each.

They cost almost twice the price of Expert Adamantium and you need lvl 37...
Krall Molars should be spent on the Greaves for the +% flight speed.

But this really, really depends on your server - they may be only 600-700k on yours, but I've never seen them that cheap on mine.

harvested items, fluxes, and recipes that you find.
It's called, you get some and you give some. You seriously can't expect to sell your 400,000 kinah fluxes and yet refuse to pay
the armor do you?

They're over 2m on my server. The price WILL drop, as more people hit the level needed to drop the fluxes (yes, gasp, there are people below 3x), more people get expert tailoring, etc. It may not go down lots, but it will go down. Also, maybe 600k is nothing to you, but I know lots of people who couldn't dream of paying that for one piece of gear. I've been in and out of "poverty" myself on this game and I definitely couldn't afford that at times.
Krall Molars are free to acquire if you do all the grinding yourself (doesn't take THAT much really), although you are missing out on potential money. What I'm trying to say is, you will not go broke from grinding. You just won't gain money. If you buy the Molars, their price depends on your server. Some servers will pay very little for these, while with others, yes, 150 molars is twice the cost of the crafted boots.

Don't you need to do the boots quest to unlock those?

As much as I like being a knight in shining armour, helping the server economy, taking from the rich and giving to the poor, REALISTICALLY, not everyone can afford crafted gear. I know how much effort goes into crafting (399 alch myself, have tried and failed to make myself a full set of blue lvl 23 gear on a friend's tailor, etc), too. But for those of us who suck at this game -AHEM- are financially challenged, gear is damn EXPENSIVE. Gear is not the only money sink in this game. You have to save for consumables, skill books, stigmas, etc too.
