frustrated @ 41

Needless to say after sunday morning I just turned the game off and haven't been back.
Here's a question.
is it worth it for me to farm any more molars for the gear at 41 or is itjust more worth it to sell the 130 molars I have now?
If I farm lephs, I'm at 120 or so medals and the leph jewelry is only slightly better than what I'm wearing.
Should I totally forget about the farming BS now at 41 and go straight for xenophon's bow and leave the farming behind and just grind for cash?
I'm really starting to bore of solo or small group kite grinding elites, I've been at it since about 36. What exactly is there to look forward to in the stretch between 41-45?
I've also got some 33 gear that probably should disappear but I'm stuck between buying new green, finding someone to craft me blue high 30low40 stuff or farming the molar chestpiece... in which case I'm just over 200 molars away from. I am probably well overdue on new gear but the alure of free gear from the molar quests had me dazzled.

At 41 I was lucky enough to get my Xenophon's bow rather quickly. With some good people in my legion leading, we succeeded with the most unlikely group of Ranger, Assassin, Spiritmaster, Chanter, Templar, Templar. Level 41 was a quick level for me, and 42 went down in a little over a week. I am at the moment a tad over 75% of the way to 44 and have been grinding elites for the entire level. If I were in your shoes, I'd sell the Golden Leph Insignias and Molars, get your Xenophon's ASAP, then go farm guards.

To questions:
As soon as you have the Speed Boots stop farming Molar's, if you want to farm Elite items for cash go to Leph. Citadel and grind there, it's much more relaxing and Insignia's are wanted too. Try to get your hands on Xenophon's Bow asap and then grind for cash, you'll need it for future stigmas.

For the xeno quest, make sure the rift is up before asking for groups or creating one. Not sure whats up on your server but you definitely need a seasoned or balanced group to do it as the mobs are 44 to 45 and your hunting in the asmo higher lvl area. Its worth it as it should get you close to 42 depending the groups you get into.

I love to group with competent players. In fact, I would prefer to group if I could.
I hate grouping with incompetent players.
I said I'm getting sick of waiting around for groups to go do the rift portion of xenophon and I'm getting tired of solo and small group kiting.
Your post hasn't addressed anything I haven't already said that I'm having a problem with.
I said I'm waiting for a rifting group, while none is forming, I'm stuck trying to grind **** with an intermittently bad connection. 41 seems to be the level nobody wants you in SR and HQ because you're too low or too high, and I seriously don't want to go back for aether insanity until I am at least 43, and that was with a group.

Have you thought of forming the rift party yourself? Once I hit lv41 I immedietly started the quest and finished it in less than a day. I did the group myself, got 7mil recoverable exp though, cause appareantly others were afraid to die.

even when forming groups or being pulled into a group, typically we are always waiting on a templar or cleric to be available, sometimes one, sometimes the other... other cases both... this is the story of the server for everything from khq, lephs, all the way up and down as low as training grounds.

Then why'd you roll on Nezekan?

because I wasn't in the beta or the rolling launch group so I received no literature or notice that nezekan was the oceanic server? It marked only as a western server and on the tuesday of launch week, only the 3 west coast servers were allowing signups?

Quite unfortunate that you didn't feel the need to see what the heck your server would be doing. Good thing you didn't roll on the RP server.

Not that I'm pointing fingers or anything, but I'm not the only person that is in this situation. Am I considering character transfer if/when they offer it? quite possibly, since I'm only able to fortress raid very late nights on weekends because of the +10 issue, otherwise, I knew what I was potentially getting into by going -8 gmt for a westcoast server when I live in a -5 timezone. I just wasn't expecting an 15 hour time difference.
The bottom line is since I am not the only case, NCsoft didn't do a 100% successful campaign to let players know nez was going to be the oceanic server at launch, did they? But you seem to want to make it sound like I MADE THE CHOICE to be oceanic or it was MY FAULT for not researching when I was not involved with keeping up with the hype machine or the communities? I dislike that kind of attitude, it's not anyone's fault and I don't blame anyone or myself. The situation is what it is. Nor am I complaining that BECAUSE that I am on the oceanic server I am having issues.
A few of these posts seem to insinuate this is my feeling. It is most definitely not. My frustration is from BS just happening while I'm trying to get things done. I made a statement of observation saying that there doesn't seem to be enough templars or clerics on the server. Are you suggesting that I made a statement that it's my belief that because the server is oceanic that there are not enough of these characters on the server?
changing servers isn't necessarily going to solve a grouping problem if templars or clerics are in short supply on other servers as well.
quite frankly I wouldn't mind the rp server either, and I don't really mind nezekan at all, it was a fairly quiet grind to 40, but at this point there is such a low population of 40+s that it's getting hard to find solid, competent groups.

Yes, lag sucks, not being able to get a group sucks. Playing on a Oceanic server when you are West Coast sucks. All that is true. My question is, what exactly are you looking to accomplish by QQ'ing about it on the forums? I mean, you're perfectly welcome to, it IS a public forum--but I don't see why you're so surprised that people are going to flame you over it.
Edit: Actually, after re-reading all the posts again: 1 person flamed you, the rest of the people actually tried to offer you genuine advice, to which you pretty much just shrugged off and/or responded with extreme sarcasm. That'll get people to sympathize with you!

actually no the advice was quite welcome, I just handed in whatever molars and insignias I had and dumped the rest. But you're welcome to put more words (or take words) out of my mouth if you like.
I got thick skin, if you're reading malice in my words, that's all you and none of my intent (though it is if people are generally calling me an idiot or noob.. cause well, yeah. you wouldn't like it either). If you think I'm trolling, I honestly can't stop you from thinking that, so take it as you will.

It's good that you took others' advice. Perhaps with a little acknowledgment of said advice, rather than exclusively responding to everything you deem negative toward you, those people would not have felt the need to call you a 'noob' or an 'idiot'.
Also, I never called you a troll.
