Hey everyone-

We got ahold of Tamat and he was good enough to give us a statement about what's happening. I know you guys are frustrated and want to get playing, but please remember to keep your posting constructive. They're just as eager to get the servers in working order as we are to get on and play.

Greetings Daevas,

As you may know, we're currently experiencing problems with all NA and EU game servers. We've been working to identify what’s causing these problems and are close to a solution that will bring stability back to the servers and rectify new issues that began with this mornings update.

We'll have additional information including our action plan later this afternoon. We apologize for any inconveniences this has caused and want to thank you for your continued patience.

Thanks again for your patience guys, we're almost done with our fix and will be letting you guys know our plans within the next hour or so. This applies to both NA and EU servers.

mhm, tbh every time we get official statement we hear nothing new - they're working on it and are really near solution but can't say more than that and will have more info on it soon (bots/crashes/bugs anyone?)

constructive? honestly one can't add anything constructive to this, so pointless asking us to do that... i just fail to see what would constructively add to this topic.

All good and well posting this but it took 8 hours from when the servers were due to come back on. Dont get me wrong its good to know something although why wasnt this posted somewhere 8 hours ago at least it stops the trolls

I remember when I was playing Cabal EU, they always informed us what the actual problem is, be it a bad router, hdd or anything. GameMasters is doing a great job talking to their players, really.

What else can be said? They know it's broken. They're almost done with a potential fix. They updated the estimated time frame. Nothing "bull" about the truth.
