I've been trying to update the game since Nov 18th without any results.
I reinstalled the game. I got some previous patches manually and put it in L10 folder.
I can tell you what worked for me.
I got the launcher from here: ftp://ftp.aiononline....rSetupAion.exe (you have to uninstall the current one, restart the computer and then install this new one) and after I used repair I got error 5.
When I hit download it starts dowloading. (still in progress atm)

Looks like there was a problem downloading and installing the game.

Remove all aion files and clean the registry.

Then re-download the launcher: NC Launcher

Then re-download and install the game again. Do not use the disks.
