This is a Forum for people that like to grind elites over normal mobs/ constant quests. I am posting places that are excellent places for grinding mobs. I usually try to keep to area that are not super crowded or have many pats or ranged mobs. I will be lvling at these places myself and will take screen shots for everyone to see and go to and lvl for yourself. Now from lvling up to 30 I have found that there will not always be places for you to grind elites.

Some ground rules please...
1. Please post places that you might find helpful for other people with a screen shot or video if you feel pro enough.
2. I am leveling as Asmos, so don't expect any Elyos spots. there are other Forums with a plethora of information.
3. I am no where near Lvl 50. I apologize in advance to you people that are above lvl 30 atm.
4. Please don't ask stupid questions. Like "How do you kite?" or "How do you kite ranged mobs?" or "Your an idiot and suck." That last one isn't really a question but what ever.

(18-20)
The first area I have found is in the Black Claw Village. Northeast of the Impetusium. When there I advise to kill the to normal mobs on the hill and use that hill to your advantage. There are many quests for groups to do there so move channels if the area is being taken over be parties. If you wan to move, you can also kill mobs at the entrance of the huge tree and kite the mobs safely in the water.

(22/23-26)
This area is just South of Morheim. Just in side of Taran's Cavern there are crabs you can kill for a while. this palce is kinda tricky with all of its random pats everywhere.

(26-30/31)
This area is in the Ice Claw Village entrance. Just East of the northern flight path out of Morheim . I like to go to the right and hug the wall when you first walk in until you get past the Stalker. There is a small hill there with 4 moderate spawning melee mobs.

(32-34/35)
This area is actually in the instance Fire Temple. Is is North of Alsig Village, and west of the Sky Temple. You have to be in a party and attuned. Just invite someone from guild or a friend(they don't have to be inside or even the correct lvl for FT). You can kill the first room with easy and possible for mini boss kills. There any many crossing patrols in the instance so try to kite in a safe area.
Edit: To break up the two and three pull, you dot the mob you want to kite and pull them to a rock that is to your right as you walk into FT. Jump on to the rock and the additional adds should reset. After that you can finish the original mob.

(34-36/37)
This area is in the Mist Mane Village Entrance. Just west of the lower flight path out of Morheim, or Alsig Village. To get there just sneak in to the most western part of the map. Find a secure spot by the bridge(as shown in SS provided by Yrocsil) and near the water. Just follow the water stream to the waterfall, use the right curve.

lepharist elites for 37++ I'm still not sure which ones are melee only, but the blademaster, fencer, and infiltrators seem to only use melee attacks.

actually you can grind them at 34, too.
280.000 EP/Mob, takes about 5min.

Yeah, i agree with that. But the area is kinda crowded nowadays. Mass soloing happens.

Just follow the water stream to the waterfall, use the right curve. Just go up and down this way, use Fear for a turnaround.

Some great work in here, I love the screen shots. I've just started soloing MM elites at 35 actually, and I see a few of you SM's hanging around the kiting area.

41-43: Right outside the courtyard in front of alquimia, right outside the wall. Don't be fooled into thinking you should be at the very beginning of the elite area, kiting around the non-elite kurins and such. Go deep into the elite area, right outside the wall surrounding the zone-in. Kite Assassins, Slayers, Medics (they don't actually heal oddly enough), and if you can find a few of their spawn points, kite the stealthed Outriders. All the rest have too much hp to be worth killing.

43-48: Watch [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O53lf8gWTfI"]YouTube- Aion: Path to Draupnir - Simple walkthru how to get to Draupnir safe[/ame] for the safe path to get to Draupnir Cave. At 2:30 when he aggros the elites like a noob, you'll instead be summoning an earth pet, standing to the right of the gate, and ordering it to attack something to the left of the gate, then once it has aggro, hit rest to keep it parked there. Don't let it get close enough to the mob you had it attack to actually hit it, because if it does any damage, you will get aggro when your pet dies. You can then run up the side of the hill like he does, except you won't aggro the mobs inside the gate.

Do the same thing at 3:30 - have an earth pet attack something off in the distance such that it runs right by the mobs in your way, then order it to rest, then run by yourself. When you come to the ramp leading up to Draupnir, root one of the Bloodmasters, and run up the ramp until it resets. Then kite on the ramp. Kill Bloodmasters, Strikers, and Fleshmenders. Do NOT get anywhere near the Worldbender pets though, the pets themselves have gigantic aggro radii.

48+: Fortress Gallowglass maybe? Not sure yet, I'm only 46.

I will be remaking this thread eventually. just some questions....Did the the screen shots help at all? and would it help if i also put videos of me grinding and showing the exact area where i was kiting. This all will not happened untill i figure out the remaining Spots after about lvl 45(if there are any)...please post some responses to try to help me help you lol.

You can use my video if you feel like making a post with Videos. What I suggest is gather up videos of the actual mob kill and post a screenshot of the spot where it happened. Simplest way ever. If you simply add videos to your post it's going to be perfect because we definetly need a complied thread of Asmodian Grind spots.

Alright. Also, since i made the post i didn't need to use it at all, but for those that did/do, would it be better to flood the thread with embedded pictures and videos, or just give you a link for you to watch on another tab?

Another Update: I have been busy lvling, talking with other SM's and making videos. I have went back to the lower lvl areas and recorded myself showing you where the mobs are, a good path to kite them in, and i also show different place in each area for you to grind in according to your level.
Please bitch at me if it is taking to long....not sure how long it should take me though. But new thread is coming soon!

thanks a lot for this list, its very complete i have mostly avoided grinding till lv 34 but levelling is getting very slow so elites looks the way to go. gona start on MM as soon as this "system error" problem is sorted.

Going to be rewriting the guide sometime soon. i have about 7-8 videos with multipule videos for each lvling section. I will not have one for MM/Lep and up. I am lvling at MM atm on double exp but i am kinda low on acc so the video would look like i am some kind of noob...lol so those will be coming soon. and i need a good video for like lvl 40and up becase...im only like 35-37 be the time the new thread is up
