But we don't need a "I told you so" thread...haha.
I think we do, its about time the idiots who spam this forum with 200 threads per minute got a slap in the face.
I was actually quite amazed with this though, i logged on before the official announcement and my usual grinding spots in theombos were totally devoid of bots. Not a single bot anywhere. (usually there was upwards of 30 lol)

indeed we do need a thread like this people always want proof of NCSoft doing something so I compile that proof for them

But I'm guessing by then between SC2, D3, WoW Expansion and the new Star Wars MMO...I probably won't remember Aion :P
Also, though not subbed anymore, I rememeber the original Aion video showed stuff that still isn't in the game *blink*

a bi-monthly mass ban of bots that have been plaguing this game hard.
Aion, a P2P game, have ten times more bots than anything i've ever seen in my life in other F2P games.
still a total lack of customer support
yeah,i can see it, Aion is epic success, in your face trolls...

I logged on, ran to my spot and saw no less than 18 bots along the way. Hard to miss considering they've been there several weeks. That is less than usual but by no means devoid. Can't say I care too much though. Real players gouge the **** out of everything, and it's only thanks to the bots that flux prices have fallen.

Yes the video looks amazing BUT how long, how many people are willing to stay for this expansion? - IF FFxvi comes out before this you know where i'll be :P

Ermmmm i take alot of things NCsoft says with a pinch of salt. Alot of innocent people got banned and also after the servre was up i could count atleast 7+ bts in the same area i was grinding.

Am glad they are making progress i really am, I heard a rumour there might be a version 2.0 out before 3.0. The game has underlining issues atm that needs looked into which will affect the life cycle of the game.

But don't get me wrong, I thought the graphic tweaks look great and I acknowledge that it's better to modernize a MMO later rather than never.

Aion as of NOW is lacking content and offers an ugly endgame. Aion AFTER that patch/expansion looks much more interesting, especially on the siege part.
Of course it's only a video, but if it holds on his promises they should put it live as soon as possible, because people are noticing the current huge problems.
