    There isnt a specific Attack or Critical build, In general High End Templars use the nearly same stunlocking chain (Stunning Strike > Attack > Shield Bash > Attack > Punishment > unload remaining attacks) regardless of their manastone setting. there was an official experiment done in +attack and +crit stones for Templars DPS, seemed +attack side is better for Templars. The +Crit focus is still used by some people who believe it gets them more kills. So really, there isnt a +attack or +crit setting thats better than one other. But I'd suggest balanced on both.
