Yes, and it's the same as hide visual bug. Only the assassin is able to see himself being targeted, but just being in range and using hide while being targeted, not walking in other player's screen and magically targeting you (like that sorc did).

@Beo: Yes, it happened a lot with bots. I remember with my lv30 assassin in morheim going near bots, being targeted and followed by them but never getting hit, because they can't hit, only with AoEs. They're just manually programmed to follow their targets with skills, so they'll stand in front of you and follow you around forever.

Bug happens when you go in hide while being selected as target sometimes. However, you have to be in range for it to happen, you can't magically target hidden players out of nowhere.
