    Had to reformat my comp to finally get it working. NCsoft tech surmised that it may have been gamegaurd trying to access a corrupt .dll or .net file.

    I thought u might be interested, I got an e-mail back from the senior support tech and he said this "he NCLauncher programmer is currently looking into the issue. We have one other report of this exact same behavior." Sounds like I have fun ahead of me.
