Nah it doesnt reset. Its like a thermometer, you keep gaining points (more points if you kill lower levels) from killing at Rift PvP, and when it reaches a certain point you get it.

did some search on the LvL 50 Daevanion quests. Yeah you only need 1 char to have it all, but the amount of crap you have to go through atm is lol...

My bad your right, I just read a few comments on the Daevanion article. Trying to find out more hold on... apparently you only need 1 LvL 50 char for the whole set
