Why dont change siege times from random to once per week for every fort? Could have more fun all by organizing sieges and have mass pvp + 3 crusaders now when dredgion appears is totally fail boss down in 2-3 mins GG

Sorry running out of ways to tell my story lol, I call support they update my tickets because they agree that me remaining banned while the account I am accused of buying/using for AP trading is unbanned.
But the ticket support close the tickets.

Hi there im sorry to bother you about another banning issue on Gorgos server but after longer then 2 weeks and no response from support or ingame GM's.. i kinda dont know what else to do cos there aint no support at all.. i even made a post on Aion forums about ncsoft support but no reactions aswell. But my char got banned cos of interactions with hacked accounts/ being involved with account hacking. i got my char back within 2-3 days. But it was totally stripped of everything.. even my miragent boots where gone (so i cant finish miragent set if i wanted too) all my quested items gone all armor and kinah gone warehouse stripped. and this of all chars in my account. But as of yet not 1 single response from ncsoft. i just get ignored. my friends mail to ncsoft and they get reply that i need to mail them myself.. i did and i get ignored. imo this is very very bad service.. yeah and ofc i never done anything like that. i wouldnt even know how too. Im sorry for this email but i dont know who else to write too. Best regards, Nyanoh
