    When you select any of that 2 servers you should click the OK/Next/accept button and it shoul take you to the character selection screen.

    I put the charmanager in the folder a few weeks ago, there have been 1 patch since so... You don't need any account, just type anything in account and password fields :P

    The game updated in short time, doesn't matter the fact of having the charmanager or not (or at least I think so).
