Nice one, so you did see the pattern? like I say by the time I clicked and got backing info I had d/e'd my toons and was on 1 day left of sub. Just be careful you don't overstep as of course with anything in Aion bad luck at the wrong time can break you, but if used carefully there is millions to be made legitimately. Btw if you have your vitality up, gathering on Theobomos beach is a goldmine if you need an income. Lvl 20's gatherbot there so no need to worry about your lvl. There are lots of spots with passive mobs only, if you do agro a pre-emp mob they wont 1 shot you, just run and pot if poisoned. I used to find a gatherbot note its route and take every node before it, takes the monotony out of gathering. Amalil, Linon, Orichalcum, Mithril non stop goldmine.

Not sure, like I say, I stumbled upon this when I was closing my account and wiping my characters for stones to give to the legion. It just so happens that my findings were backed up by the information I found on the net. What you say may confirm this a bit more. Fact is though that at the current broker prices for high level stones compared to the price of the weapons that yield allot of them the profit is huge. At lower levels the stones don't sell for much but you could still see if the pattern is there. BTW what lvls are your characters? Concentrating on getting one to 45+ opens up a whole new world of income. Several low characters without a high one will always be a struggle.

It is the weapons that give the best results while d/e. Just don't be afraid to d/e a yellow or blue weapon. I know this is silly money but if a lvl 45 sword was on broker for 20 million, that sword would probably d/e at least into 3 stones of 70, most into 8 (maybe more) lvl 88. the worst case maybe a loss, the probable case a huge profit the best case a massive profit. Stay within your budget and you can take the worst scenarios.

I used to craft the first 2 stages of the expert weapons for an expert friend as they couldn't (like 70+ tries without a blue) but i could double proc no problem, we thought it was to do with getting allot higher than the recipe, but as soon as I took the 2nd expert quest, Bam, can't proc ****. So to answer your question proc rate on non expert item weapons borked for good if you accepted the quest. I can't prove it but the evidence was astonishing. And my level 399 never changed. Armoursmithing and tailoring are different mechanics only 1 step, and I never crafted any low armour as an expert. H/C and Alch which require the same 3 procs as W/S I would imagine to be the same as W/S.

NP, In direct contradiction that information includes this mechanic in crafting procs but I am sure it is not so in crafting but looks to be so in d/e. I thought you were an expert W/S, my apologies on that oversite. I am 100% sure the proc rate drops at the acceptance of the 2nd expert quest, it was just too much of a change for me, and I used to make allot of weapons to pass to experts for final craft. I can only imagine the same in H/C and Alch weapons. Try to look into the spawns of rare mobs for your level, there are loads of them and often not farmed. Lists around the net are mostly incomplete, outdated and often wrong, you need to build your own info on them using AionArmory - Aion Database and AionWh.com - Aion Database. The only completed info I compiled was for the Theobomos 8 5 dot normal lvl 47 mobs, I was lvl 44 before I realised the potential in rare farming. If you look to doing that 399 crafting alt thing and d/e allot, tie that in with rare farming and kinah should be no problem.

I just want to add also, I used to farm the 8 non elite rarespawn mobs in Theobomos (asmo will have equivalent) They drop green pieces to the lvl 47 Theobomos set, some have a chance to drop blue jewellery or weapons and maybe crafting items, they may drop 4 items at once and ofcourse sometimes 0. On my server these were mostly ignored and I had the monopoly, I would take out every one on both channels, respawn of 8 to 18 hrs (usually nearer 8) all have 2 or 3 spawn points (usually 3). The green drops I would just sell to vender. I never really found much results in d/e these, greens from named mobs never seamed to d/e to much and I never got the chance to factor them in to the later findings. Gloves, boots and shoulders 160k, Greaves 240k, chest 400k, weapons 500k Blues to the broker. 8 mobs 2 channels = 16 mobs dropping between 0 and 4 items. was my steady income of between 3 and well? million per day.

http://www.aionsource.com/forum/general-guides/22574-translation-know-how-how-earn-money-kinah.html notably this part Tips from Player - ????? Once you?ve gathered some money, immediately go to the Brokers. Then you start searching. Pick the cheapest lvl 45-50 Legendary/Unique grade gear. Then extract? But before that you must know something. Legendary can give you upto 20 higher / Unique can give you upto 40 higher enchantment stones. But heres the thing! Say you?ve extracted a lvl 45 legendary and got a lvl 43 stone. Then next you must go buy the most expensive Unique gear (he means in market priced ones, not the overly priced ones) and extract from it. The reason being, theres a specific chance to each character for Crafting/Upgrading/Extraction. Therefore, if you?ve got a lower lvl enchantment stone from a gear, there is a chance that you?ll get a higher lvl enchantment stone from your next extraction (80% and higher).

cont.... It is because very few people do this that it is possible, the more people that do it then the less value there will be in stones. I will try to find the link to the info I found but it says little more than what I have said. I am sure it actually appeared on these boards coincidentally just recently too. Now I don't know if you have noticed but it looks very much like on accepting the 2nd part of the W/S test your proc rate for the first 2 stages is hammered. So a perfect model, have an expert W/S and also have a W/S alt on 399. Alt procs the green and blue, Expert does the expert craft and then puts these d/e tips into affect. If I wasn't so pissed at NCSoft I would resub solely just to play this little game for the hell of it. Good luck and see how you go. But please don't fall for the " we need RMT and bots" there is a clearer solution if it weren't for the lack of support and the lack of honest players. Eleven

Hi, I will explain a bit more. The RNG in crafting etc etc is, as you say, a roll of the dice. But in d/e it is affected by the previous d/e. If you ever have a yellow weapon that you are going to replace and you are going to d/e it, wait, save it. Now when you have say a few blue or greens that you are going to d/e, keep the yellow ready, right after you get a poor return from one of the d/e go for your yellow. Your chances to get high lvl stones and high number of stones is increased after a poor d/e. So this is when you can use your boosted chance to d/e the yellow. I have just quit Aion because of poor NCSoft support and the huge number of cheating players. To prevent me from returning I purposely wiped my toons gear before deleting them. Now I had seen some wierd patterns to d/e ing before but I couldn't quite get what was happening. It wasn't untill I finally had 3 full characters to d/e that I realised what it was. I then scoured the webs and low and behold I found something from long ago from the East which explained everything and backed up my findings. Yes it is not something you can just instantly master as there is a certain amount of RNG involved and if you have no funds you need to build them up. That said if you can put your resources into slowly building up, you can make millions. I wasn't in the position to have passed my expert W/S test (took A/S to 449 and was busy with the W/S expert quest when I quit) but it is from weapons where this can be best utilized. cont.....
