Looks great. There's really nothing I would change, maybe lower the opacity of the tiny white text a bit and erasing the little floral thing on the bottom right corner. Other than that, you did a very nice job.

Thank you for coming to me for advice lol :P Anyway this the only sig tutorial I've actually followed so far: Senthrax Full Signature Tutorial - ZOMG Forums! It has some very good pointers on focal points and colors. The area you seem to struggle most with your sigs is really the background. Like you said, you try to add too much to the bg. A bg that is too chaotic really takes attention away from your render. Some tips: - Don't use bright colors in your bg unless the render has bright colors as well. - Make you render stand out. An easy way is to duplicate your render and set the new layer to overlay or soft light (adjust opacity if it's too bright or dark). This is especially effective if the colors of your render are too dull. Adding la light source helps as well. - Use colors that flow well together. The tutorial I posted should give you an idea of what kind of colors go well with each other. Since your just starting out, I would suggest you use colors from the render for the background. It's the easiest way to get a color scheme that goes well with your render. - Have a solid border.
