* How does the lag manifest itself? (Rubberbanding?) Rubberbanding, 10-15 sec lag spikes, seems to be worstened by heavily populated areas, where as sparse areas experience less lag.

Decently Horrid. I can press a skill and see it go off five to ten seconds later, or watch a mob come running at me slowed, only to see it on top of me with full health a second later.

Honestly don't know what rubberbanding is, but it manifests itself in many ways; seeing my character run forward, and then teleport back several times in a row, mobs disappearing and then reappearing on top of me, pre-emptive mobs actually seeing me to attack me before they even spawn on my screen, skills going off seconds after I've used them [my boyfriend and I play in the same room, and I can actually hear my skills going off from his computer before they happen on mine], and in some cases, skills going off, but not doing any damage, or skills going off and being able to continue attacking, but all the damage shows up in one large package as the mob dies.

* Approximately how many minutes ago did you try latest?
I was on right before the server went down, been pushing through the lag best I can.

* Where are you located?
Pensacola, Fl, the Panhandle region of Florida in a Central time zone in the south-east portion of NA.

* What region is your beta account for?
Na, it was a pre-order key.

* What server are you experiencing the lag on?

* What internet connection do you have?
Embarq DSL. We just got it upgraded to 1.5 gig earlier today and tested it with other online games, such as Bloodbowl, Everquest, and WoW [as well as, on my system, running two versions of each at the same time, with youtube and pandora going to do a stress test. Worked fine.]

* What are your PC specifications / OS / Anti-virus?
My PC is currently running 5gigs of RAM, 500gigs of hard-drive space, Vista SP1 64-bit, AMD Phenom 9650 Quad 2.3ghz. I do not use a firewall or anti-virus at the moment, as I know the only sites I go to are virus-free.

HORRIBLE, usually from aus I get around 300ping standard, but it feels like it's doubled, it does not only lag me but ventrilo aswell when it spikes

Major rubberbanding, I'll be running along someone and then find my self 5 feet behind. Pretty much every distance I run I'm actually running 1.5x that distance or i'll turn to avoid a mob and then find myself in front of that mob
