It appears that for those who had previously downloaded and installed the Gameforge client during the beta there is a potential server naming issue. If your server list shows the new English server name as Munin as in the image below, then you have the wrong server list.



The correct server list appears below where the new English server should be named Nexus.




Fixing the Server Naming Issue

In order to fix this issue, go to your GameForge game directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Gameforge4D\AION Free-To-Play for me) and then rename the L10N folder to something like L10N.old.

Open your Gameforge Launcher and click on File check. The first part of the check should go by fast and when it hits the check for the L10N folder it will slow down a lot as it then downloads and copies the correct files to your computer under a new L10N folder (folder may be named l10n). After the file check is finished, you should be able to enter the game as usual and the correct server names will show up.

Yea, well, I had no idea about this at 4am. I played until 10am thinking it was a bug or something that would be fixed. Got myself to lvl 13 and made my legion from Telemachus (a big one) until the news hit that I was one the wrong server. A complete waste of time and now I can't get my name on the correct server. Annoyed at such a stupid mistake and that I am havin to do everything all over again. Free transfer? I think not (but I asked anyway!).
